She admitted recently in an interview that she likes a ‘dark and mysterious' men.

But Ashley Tisdale didn’t need to tell anyone that on Wednesday as she stepped out with her boyfriend in New York.

The 27-year-old actress was seen with Christopher French in New York City and the Annie Automatic rocker seemed to put a smile on her face.

The Scary Movie 5 actress was in the SoHo area ahead of her appearance on Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.

After filming the show, she apologised to fans for having to rush off instead of mingling with crowds waiting outside the studio.

She posted on Twitter: ‘I'm so sorry to all the fans outside jimmy Fallon. I'm about to miss my flight back to La. I love u guys and thanks for all the support.’

I think they make a very sweet couple. Always holding hands and being affectionate. He's got very high, arching eyebrows though, I think that's what's affecting what is otherwise a good looking guy. His song "call me crazy" is v.cool. The guy can sing and play.
