Sharon Stone has become embroiled in her third lawsuit in less than a year.

The Basic Instinct star has filed a lawsuit claiming the former nanny who sued her last year over labor violations owes her $9,500.

Stone's lawsuit against Erlinda Elemen alleged that she loaned the former nanny $12,500 in 2010, but she only repaid $3,000, according to a report in TMZ.

The lawsuit filed in Los Angeles County Superior Court claimed that Elemen stopped making loan payments in January 2011.

Elemen in her May 2012 lawsuit against Stone claimed the actress made disparaging racial remarks against her Filipino ancestry and that she was wrongfully terminated in February 2011.

Stone, 55, in her lawsuit said she was seeking the remaining $9,500 in debt from Elemen, plus interest.

Elemen in her lawsuit alleged that Stone made disparaging remarks about her accent and told the nanny not to talk to her children because she didn't want them to 'talk like' her.

The lawsuit alleged that Elemen's hours and pay were reduced after Stone accused her of 'stealing' for getting overtime pay despite an alleged seven-day workweek.

After Elemen filed her complaint in May 2012, Sharon's spokesperson called it a 'frivolous lawsuit' and said the 'absurd claims' were made up.

The Oscar-nominated actress also was sued last month by a former housekeeper.

Former maid Angelica Castillo sued Stone for wrongful termination and wrongful retaliation.

Castillo in her lawsuit claimed that she was hurt on the job, but Stone refused to ease her workload despite her doctor's orders.

Sharon's lawyer, Marty Singer, told TMZ that the lawsuit was 'bizarre and ridiculous.'

Stone recently shared a kiss with supermodel Kate Moss at a charity event in Brazil.

The two beautiful women co-hosted the event to raise money for AIDS research.

Stone was nominated for an Oscar for Best Actress for her role in the 1995 Martin Scorsese Las Vegas mob drama Casino.

She has three adopted children and has been married twice.

I'm beginning to seriously dislike this woman.

Gotta love how people are saying she shouldn't care, because she's rich. Maybe she values money? At the end of the day, the nanny sued her! She's going for revenge.

Vengeance is a very nasty, toxic action. Let it go Sharon.....life is too short

She seems to be a mean kind of woman. Not nice to the ones that work for her. I don't like her anymore since I've seen her ranting and raving in a television interview. Nothing was right for her and the lights were wrong etc. Nasty piece of work really.

I don't get it: she hires a woman with a Filipino anchestry as a nanny only to complain about her accent later??I got red arrowed last time for it, but I still think this heavy makeup makes her look older than she is.

At first glimpse I thought she looked just like Cruella Deville. Not being snarky just that's what popped into my head!

She looks scary! I don't understand why people use red eyeshadow? Makes everyone look like a vampire! Poor old Sharon she can't get any more attention from movie roles....

She looks like a cartoon of her former self. Had to read it twice to figure out who she was and read Basic Instinct. She used to be so beautiful and age is not the factor here. My mom is 52 and could pass as her daughter. Being under the knife more times than a Thanksgiving Turkey will do that to you I suppose. Grow older gracefully celebs and you will look better. REALLY. - Jenna T., Madrid, Spain, 11/4/2013 4:20||||||||||||||||||||Complete tosh. The work she has had done has been well done and she looks natural and fabulous. I'm not advocating plastic surgery but if you really think people age better without intervention I suggest you look at yesterday's DM pix of Glenda Jackson.

if the nanny got sacked, how is she going to payback the money when she dont have the means anymore?
