Kim Kardashian did not want to go on honeymoon with Kris Humphries, it has been reported.

A source has claimed that Kris was the one who persuaded his estranged wife to take the trip to the Amalfi Coast in Italy.

‘Kris was the one to push for the honeymoon. Kim didn’t want to go on the honeymoon because they were scheduled to move to New York City to begin filming Kourtney & Kim Take New York,’ a source told Radar Online.

‘She also complained she was stressed out from planning the wedding. Kris was stunned and very hurt because it was important to him that they go away. Remember, he wasn’t playing basketball at the time because of the NBA strike, and they wouldn’t be able to take one for a year.’

The insider then claimed that Kim hired a photographer to come and snap photos of the couple while they soaked up the sun.

‘Kim finally relented. Kris was absolutely dumbfounded when a photographer appeared out of nowhere and started taking pics of them by the pool,’ the source said. ‘Kim happily posed, and Kris realised her camp had arranged it.’

At her divorce deposition Kim confessed that she was against going on the holiday, which Kris is allegedly using as part of his case against the 32-year-old reality star, claiming their marriage was fraud.

According to the source, chances ‘are slim to none’ that the divorce will go ahead without trial, ‘unless Kim signs off on the annulment. Kris has come this fair in the proceedings, and isn’t going to back down now.’

On Wednesday Kim, who is pregnant with her first child, was seen looking somber as she arrived at a Los Angeles studio alone.

I know I'm going to get a ton of red arrows but I don't think Kim is pregnant. She just looks like she gained a lot of weight. Compare her to Halle Berry or Jessica Simpson. Now, THEY look pregnant, but Kim doesn't.

I don't quite understand this whole issue. Why does he want an annulment instead of a divorce and she wants a divorce instead of an annulment? What's the difference and will either of them benefit much more with one rather than the other? - Liisa , Los Angeles --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- An annulment is a legal ruling that says that the marriage wasn't legal and therefore doesn't exist. Kris says he needs one because she just married him for publicity not love, and that his church doesn't allow divorced people to remarry in the future. Kim won't give him one, because it'd mean that any confidentiality clauses and prenups he may have signed would no longer be valid in the eyes of the law. Personally I don't think Km should be holding out - Kris could still have gone to the media and bad mouthed her if wanted another 15 minutes of fame and money, but he has actually kept respectfully quiet.

Why is everything she wears so tight? Everyone knows she has all the "curves" but she doesn't have to look like her clothes are painted on. The ankle shoes are hideous- make her legs look so short.

She wants a divorce because of the allegations that the whole marriage was a sham from the beginning and if an annulment is granted, then that opens the 'trashians to a whole kettle of legal worms from those who sponsored the wedding.
