Nathan Peats had a strong second half to the Rabbitohs’ 2012 season and will be working hard to earn more game time in 2012. Nathan played in the 2012 Indigenous All Stars team. Nathan’s father, Geordi, is a former Rabbitohs hooker. He’s never short of a word around training.

If you were not a footballer what would you be doing: Firefighter.

Earliest football memory: Playing in under 8s.

Best moment in your Rugby League career so far: My debut game, and the comeback against the Dragons after we were 20-nil down and scoring my first try in first grade.

Moment that changed your career: One game in the under 20s when I got my first start at hooker in round 12.

What advice do you have for junior Rugby League players: Train hard and dedicate yourself.
