What a knockout! Tori Spelling shows how she maintains her incredibly toned figure as she takes family to boxercise session

She has given birth to four children in the space of six years, but is looking more slim and toned than ever.

And Tori Spelling showed exactly how she maintains her svelte shape as she took her family for a boxercise session on Tuesday.

The star displayed some of her best training moves, even helping her four-year-old daughter Stella pack a miniature punch.

And after a bout with husband Dean McDermott, she posed triumphantly on top of him, showing off her toned arm muscles in a mock pose.

Liam, six, looked like he was especially enjoying himself, enjoying a boxing bout with his actor father as well as a fun wrestle on the floor of the Los Angeles gym.

With her hair in braids, Tori showed off her extremely toned arms and slim physique in a pink vest top and matching patterned gym shorts.

Her black and pink boxing gloves even matched her ensemble.

The reality show couple's two youngest children even got in on the action, with Tori posing for a snapshot with eight-month-old Finn, who seemed more interested in playing with his father's boxing glove.

Tori and Dean were also joined by 18-month-old daughter Hattie and Dean's son Jack, 14, from his first marriage to actress Mary-Jo Eustace.

The 36-year-old star recently revealed that the whole family regularly takes classes at the gym in Westlake Village, California.

'We all need to get out our aggression,' she joked to Us Weekly. 'The kids take classes, the babies play on the mat and Dean and I do an adult training session.'

It seems Tori regularly steps into the boxing ring for a session with her husband of seven years.

'They love to see me pound at Dean,' she laughed. 'My gloves are pink, of course!'

The star was forced to go on bed rest after developing complications while pregnant with baby Finn.

'I was never an outdoors girl, but I spent so much time in bed the past year, I have a new appreciation for nature,' she told the magazine.

The star lost 45 pounds of baby weight before showing off her slimtone bikini body last month and credits Dean's cooking with helping her achieve her weight loss goals

'I am in awe [of my body],' she said. 'I think, "Wow, I made four human beings. I feel like I can do anything at this point. I praise my body every day, I am so grateful for it.'

It's nice that they are so hands-on with their kids. Too many celebrities miss out when their kids are young. However, I really wish Tori would show more variety when she poses for the camera. Somewhere along the way, someone told her to turn halfway to the camera, tilt her chin down and smile without showing her teeth. That's what she does in 99% of her photos and it doesn't look so good.

BEAUTIFUL FAMILY - after Tori's less than happy childhood it is wonderful to see that she finally has a happy and healthy family of her own to love. She is lovely so well these days and her children are - GORGEOUS.

I have nothing personal against her; she seems a happy woman and mother. HOWEVER, one doesn't miss the irony that, if it weren't for her famous surname, she wouldn't lead such charmed life. No looks and pretty awful actress.
