She is almost always spotted styled within an inch of her life.
But Christina Hendricks displayed a more pared down look as she left the set of her new movie on Monday.
The Mad Men star emerged from her trailer with wet hair and no make-up after filming scenes for Ryan Gosling’s hotly anticipated directorial debut, How To Catch A Monster.
No time to dry: Christina Hendricks emerged from her trailer with wet hair and no make-up after filming scenes for Ryan Gosling’s hotly anticipated directorial debut How To Catch A Monster on Monday
Following her takes, the 38-year-old actress appeared to have returned to her trailer to have a shower, washing her famous red tresses, which have recently been cut shorter, and removing her movie make-up.
Christina also opted for a more casual look for her trip home.
While the flamed haired star usually wears vintage-inspired and curve-enhancing dress and suits, this time she opted for a frayed denim shirt and a printed red skirt.

The items still managed to display her abundant curves though, and she paired the ensemble with some dainty orange flats and a black handbag.
And it seems that her scenes left Christina hungry, as she was seen toting take out containers of food.
Not much is known about Christina's role in Gosling’s directorial debut.
Sleepwear: During her day on set, Christina was also spotted walking around in a bright green dressing gown
Joan would approve: The actress also wore a vintage-style headscarf in her hair
But on Monday the first images emerged of the famous red head in character playing single mother Billy as she stepped out on set.
And it seems her famous curves will be making an appearance once again as she squeezed into a mismatched two piece suit.
In the first images from the set in Detroit, Christina was seen wearing a purple pencil skirt with a diagonal blue stripe shirt.

Over the top she wore an ill-fitting grey blazer, which looked like it could have been a few sizes bigger and was cinched in at the waist with a black belt.
Her newly shortened hair had a slight curl to it, which was getting messed up as it blew about in the wind and she appeared to be wearing very little make up.
As she chatted to some members of the crew her flat peach coloured shoes could be seen, and her tightless toned legs were on display.

Christina is starring alongside Doctor Who star Matt Smith, as well as Saoirse Ronan and Eva Mendes, although none of them appeared to be filming that day.
Eva was however spotted on set last week, checking up on how her boyfriend was getting on.
Not much is known about the movie, but its IMDB page claims that the plot will focus on a single mother and her son who find themselves dragged in to a murky underworld.
Curves: The actress wore a belt around her waist and her tight skirt showed off her figure well
Here she is: Members of the crew were on hand to escort the actress from her trailer to the set
The son, it is said, discovers a road leading to an underwater town, which may or may not resemble Detroit where they are currently filming.
The actress recently opened up to Flare Magazine about her apprehension at joining the project, which will be her biggest role to date.
She said: 'Talk about feeling intimidated. He called me and asked me if I was interested in doing this film, and I said: 'One, of course, yes, and two, why me? And three, I don't want to disappoint you.
'It's the largest role I've ever had, so this is one I'm definitely aware of my anxiety about.'

Excited: Christina recently admitted that she was very nervous about doing the film but she looked settled on set
Her co-star Matt Smith also recently told Total Film how he ended up being involved in the surreal project.
He said: 'I was in New York and I was about to fly back, and then I got a phone call saying Ryan wanted to meet me and come over.
'So I read his film and I thought it was brilliant. And then I auditioned and we spent about four hours together doing some stuff, and he filmed it on his iPhone. And that was it. And now I’m going off to shoot it in a couple of weeks.'
