She lost her husband to colon cancer 15 years ago and has made no secret of wanting to marry again.

Now Katie Couric seems happier than ever with her wealthy financier boyfriend.

The chat show host, 56, has been dating John Molner for nearly a year, and has spend the past few weeks jetting to LA with him, sitting courtside at a basketball game with him and taking him with her to the Met Ball.

At the end of April Molner accompanied Couric when she filmed segments for her daytime talk show in Los Angeles.

The pair were spotted leaving the Ivy restaurant after lunch with Couric grinning like a schoolgirl in love.

Last week her beau couldn't keep his hands off her as he bear hugged her while the pair sat courtside at Knicks game May 1.

Then, holding hands and smiling for the cameras, the in-love duo attended Monday night's Met ball together as well.

Molner, 49, is the head of mergers and acquisitions at Brown Brothers Harriman.

The 56-year-old former Today anchor, split from previous love 37-year-old Brooks Perlin at the end of 2011.

The mother-of-two daughters lost her husband Jay Monahan to colon cancer in 1998.

In an interview last fall, shortly after she and Molner began dating, Couric revealed she would like to marry again.

'I would like to,' she told Parade. 'I'm the marrying kind, even though I've only been married once. I like the idea of having a life partner.'

"He lost me with his initials on his shoes in the 1st picture." Gator.....Oh my, I didn't even notice that until you pointed it out. That just really is too much. I'm not much of a Katie fan either, but honey, this is not going to end well.
