'Demi's an amazing woman!' Pearl diver Will Hanigan, 30, reveals he's 'become close' to Ms Moore

They set the rumour mill going when they were spotted leaving a yoga class together.

And now Demi Moore's latest love interest has confirmed that he is indeed 'close' to the actress.

Will Hanigan, 30, a commercial pearl diver from Australia is apparently besotted with the 50-year-old.

'She's an amazing woman,' he told America's Star magazine. 'We know each other through yoga, and we've become close.'

On May 1 the pair were seen making their way through the parking lot below the Nine Treasures Yoga studio in West Hollywood, California together and kept close as they did so.

Hunky Will had his long blonde hair in a messy ponytail and towered over 5ft 5in Demi as they stood side by side.

While Demi carried her neatly rolled up orange yoga mat, Will - who provides jewellery parts for Pinc Pearls and has also worked as road crew for the Australian hip-hop/reggae artist Dub FX- wore a furry rug slung over one shoulder.

The couple have been reportedly dating for a month and enjoy going for massages and to the sauna before their yoga classes.

'They get massages before going in - and they can be heard making wild noises inside,' an insider told Star.

'Will is clearly a passionate individual and Demi seems to be enjoying every moment with him.'

Her ex-husband Ashton Kutcher threw himself into a relationship with Mila Kunis following their dramatic split.

But Demi has taken a different approach, dipping her toes gently into the dating pool.

However it may not all be good news for the star who entered rehab after a drugs overdose at her Beverly Hills home in January 2012.

Will - who apparently follows the Sikh religion and has taken on the alternative name of Simranjeet Singh - has reportedly dabbled in drugs.

During an Amazon jungle retreat in Peru, he reportedly experimented with ayahuasca.

The liquid is brewed from local vines and leaves that contain the hallucinogenic drug DMT and is illegal in the United States.

In an internet video he explains how he felt during the surreal experience.

'I went through some interesting stuff with the mind, and then it got to the point where I was just feeling like I was about to leave my body,' he reveals. 'I wasn't prepared to leave my body, so I put up a bit of a fight. So that was really cool to experience something on that level.'

The drug can reportedly be fatal when used with ant-depressants such as Prozac.

Demi's friends are worried that she may become involved in his practices.

'There is a bit of a concern that Demi might get caught up in sharing all Will's experiences with him,' a pal told the publication. 'Will is obviously an earthy guy and seems to have a lot of good qualities.

'But Demi has worked so hard to get her life and health back on track, I'd hate to see anything jeopardize the positive steps she's made.'

Demi has been doing a lot of Yoga of late – perhaps a result of meeting the man.

She was spotted leaving a class with daughter Rumer and her boyfriend Jayson Blair four days earlier, surprising seeing as she was estranged from the 24-year-old up until then.

Since her high profile break-up from Two And A Half Men star Ashton in 2011, Demi has been linked to a few different men.

Most recently she was rumoured to be dating Lindsay Lohan’s former flame Harry Morton, 32, who she was spotted with on multiple occasions in January.

Prior to that it was reported that Demi was romantically involved with Elle Macpherson’s 26-year-old art dealer ex Vito Schnabel, and New Zealand actor Martin Henderson.
