ED Preregistration - ChartStart

Welcome to ChartStart, the online pre-registration system for the Emergency Department at WakeMed North Healthplex, WakeMed Apex Healthplex and WakeMed Brier Creek Healthplex. By using ChartStart, you can help our ED staff prepare for your visit as well as reduce your wait time once you arrive at our facility.
If you (or your family member) have a non-life threatening emergency, please take a moment to answer the following questions. We call them our "Fast-6," and your answers will enable us to create your medical chart.

2.) What is the patient's sex *
