Saints Row 4 trailer shows off Presidential powers

Could have done with the Blue Mountain State theme tune rather than the shatstep. Totally what the franchise needed, now they just need to really go insane with the amount of cheats and it'll be a perfect sandbox.

This is basically a "we can't make a good game so we'll make a stupid one instead and say we meant it that way" situation

After watching the newest GTAV trailer this just seems so sad and desperate. 17 September can't come fast enough.

I'm still looking forward to this but what I would have found more ideal to be honest is a new story with SR3 visuals but played more along the lines of SR2. This includes bringing back the features they removed.

Still, I'll be keeping an eye on this one as I've become quite a fan of the franchise.

I liked the bit when the sound went 'wub'.

Any news if you can play a female in this game or you are locked into a male?

I'm with you there. They should take some pointers from Ubisoft's Blood Dragon. Least they made an over-the-top game actually funny and good. Dick and prostitute jokes get boring very quickly.
EA Sports: It's in the game(for a price).

I'm with you both, Blood Dragon pulled off OTT brilliantly. Conversely, this looks like complete and utter pants.

I'm looking forward to this way more than the new GTA, GTA got boring very quickly for me. Saints made 'driving places and shooting a guy' repeatedly seem more fun. Plus the over the top style of play meant you got to play with helicopters and jets earlier in the game and the weapons were over the top. The one thing GTA has over Saints is that the radio stations are far funnier.

Oh and for anybody who liked the music in the trailer and was looking for it, it's "Scout McMillan- Polyhymnia"

Exactly! Which is why I'm having trouble mustering up any kind of interest for GTA V, the previous one just seemed void of any character. I haven't played any of the DLC which I hear makes a huge difference and is of a high quality. The main game however I didn't find interesting at all.

Yes some of the jokes in SR3 were a bit childish but the gameplay mechanics was more than enough to make me forget all of that and just have a good time wreaking havoc in the game world.
