* (Sun, 06 May 2012) Since I've been gone...
I've only been living in Hawaii for 10 weeks and already shit is hitting the fan hard back home! Check out this incredible exposé put together by my good friend Hong Pong! And for those of you who don't think it's real... just look around you! It's about to get a lot 'realer'!

* (Fri, 30 Dec 2011) The harder they fall...
Let's let big banks fail for once, shall we? Maybe if we stop treating simple problems that could be solved with a little sharing and caring as financial problems, we might be able to make progress as a species and evolve beyond our envy driven behavior. So let's all share something today! Join us for International No Faith In Currency Week, Jan 1-7, 2012! All you have to do is not give nor accept money for any reason! Trade in love or other non-(il)legal-tender items! LOVE NOT FEAR SHALL SET YOU FREE

Wrote a new poem, dedicated to my eternal partner.

* (Sat, 27 Nov 2010) I was bored so I decided I'd help out any poor suckas out there who are loose with their cash and not too bright. So here's my little exposé

* (Tue, 08 Jun 2010) Calling all metro geocachers! I have posted a puzzle geocache (random box of goodies in the woods). It requires great musical knowledge to locate. Good luck!

* (Tue, 09 Mar 2010) Added stuff to music page, along with many other behind the scenes things (e.g. my affiliate site Kalpulli.net which I created (thanks to Mediawiki)).

* (Sun, 06 Sep 2009) First recording of full first movement of Rachmaninoff piano concerto no 2 has been made. Also made a nifty loop based on the score of the 3rd concerto.

* (Fri, 14 Aug 2009) Why not upgrade to a fancy ass PHP/MySQL content editor? I will design one I'm sure but I kind of like having to manually edit files to create content. Gives it a sense of permanence that a simple SQL database corruption won't swipe all my content. Only hardware failure can do that. And in the area of hardware I got a new laptop (MSI GX620-001US) for $864. It would have been $814 except that MSI does not honor their mail-in rebates (apparently they were confused and thought I had already submitted it and by the time they caught the error it was too late to redeem the rebate) but the nice folks at NewEgg gave me a 20$ coupon out of sympathy. The laptop is the shiz though. I also got a Roland FP5 digital piano and will post some recordings on it soon. As a result, I am serious about selling my Rhodes Mark 1 Stage 88 (a vintage keyboard) in excellent condition. So, write me with any interesting offers. Other than that, I have posted a couple new recordings on my music page. Peace!

* (Thu, 10 Jul 2008) New Ranting
WE ARE ALL SLAVES TO FREE WILL. SAVE YOURSELF FROM YOURSELF. Although you can never really be freed from yourself. Read more on my ranting page.

* (Fri, 29 Feb 2008) The jury is in
My left eye suffers from the condition "Central Serous Chorioretinopathy", in which fluid occasionally leaks into the back of my left eye's retina. The condition can be treated with laser therapy, or, in most cases, it goes away on it's own. Thanks to the $40 in donations I received, along with other help, I was able to afford the hi-tech laser OCT scan which delivered this prognosis. Here you can see the partial detachment from the scan. This problem has recently flared up again, so if it doesn't settle down quite soon I'll consider my options carefully.

Additionally, I have posted my first piano video online, which can be seen here.

Additionally, I have begun to take up spinning fire. Observe.

* (Fri, 20 Jul 2007) Dyndns updater for Linux
If you're like me and you run a dyndns hostname on your *nix box, and are tired of update clients that don't work, then try this.
Also I'm reworking the site to be more political. Soon this will be the U.S. Government: the Wrong Way website.

* (Wed, 25 Apr 2007) Fizix Iz Kool

Not much new. This site is kinda crappy I realize... I'll fix it later.
Um, let me know if you actually read this stuff!

* (Thu, 19 Oct 2006) Revised Augsburg Security Report

* (Wed, 06 Sep 2006) School
Started another year @ Augsburg. This year I intend to start a chess and/or philosophy club. Taking 2 back2back math classes, 2 CS classes and 2 music classes (piano AND guitar lessons). Exciting! Hopefully I'll go on a bunch of adventures around the city, too...
Will know more about my problematic eye condition from a retinal specialist on Sept. 15th.
Peace!

* (Wed, 09 Aug 2006) I AM GOING BLIND
I am going blind! :( No joke. I have a locally detached retina. I might need a surgery and I WILL need expensive and unaffordable tests to find out more. For 2 weeks now I've had a terrible blurry spot right in the center of my left eye that makes it almost impossible to read much less program computers or update this lovely site. So I must make a humble plea: please donate! Hopefully you will reap the benefit of years of more interesting updates and programs that won't be possible if I go blind! Thanks, sincerely! -Eric

* Update (15 Aug 2006) going to a community clinic today, hopefully they'll be able to refer me to an inexpensive eye surgeon.
* Update (19 Aug 2006) getting better. I'll be seeing a retina specialist on the 25th to find out more, but the big blurry circle in my left eye has become a blurry ring (the center is clear again) and it hasn't gotten any bigger, so perhaps it is gonna fix itself?? I dunno but my coworker had a detached retina a few weeks ago and they told him he'd definately go blind without a surgery.
Amount raised so far: $20.00

* (Mon, 05 Jun 2006) Another year.
Turned 23 last week. Another year. I think I'm in love. Sure of it, in fact. Apart from that, I've made a new piano recording for your listening pleasure.

As of April 20th, over 1000 different people have emailed me about the Rubik's cube. I wonder how many Strong Bad gets. I mustn't get cocky on the matter; I just wish to address some common questions I get.
#1. The algorithm works, but it sucks.
Well, I'll admit, I am not a die-hard cube fan like many of my emailers, but this is a legitimate concern. The method I learned to solve the cube was more of a hobbyists method than a competitive method. The 3-layer solution. It's fairly easy to learn (if you have a good memory, as I do), and does the job very reliably. There are faster human methods, but integrating them into a computer algorithm would be too time-consuming for this type of problem, especially when there are other computer-based methods out there. The best of which is Kociemba's Method. Herbert Kociemba has come up with an interesting 3-phase group-theory based method, and his Cube Explorer is a well developed piece of software.
Damnit, Jim I'm a programmer, not a mathematician. Well, more like avid programmer and armchair mathematician. So to be honest, I still don't understand the background math for Kociemba's method, but I am working to make Greg Schmidt's implementation of the solver cube model compatible with my own. I wish to preserve the "mine"-ness of my code, so instead of just ditching the algorithm I developed, will be adding an option (on the Advanced page) to choose which algorithm you'd like to use. This way, hopefully my solver can be used to (1) get your cube solved in a jiffy if you don't care how it's done, or (2) notice the patterns the human method uses to solve the cube and hopefully learn on your own.
So... the code melding might be a little weird, but hey that's how it goes. Enjoy.
Oh yeah, if you're reading this, Mr. Kociemba, my official thanks for your algorithm.
#2. The solver doesn't work.
I don't want to sound like HAL9000, but it's human error. Though, the human might be me, as I admit, some of my wording might be ambiguous (e.g., does "rear clockwise" mean right or left?). I even made a visual syntax page which I later realized might also be ambiguous. And I've been too lazy to fix it. So, I've added another feature (borrowed from my later developed 4x4x4 solver): graphical output. Now, you get pretty little pictures to show you how to solve it. You shouldn't even have to know English to use it now.
Okay, well, that's all for today. I *cough* humbly encourage you to donate to this free project.

In other news... I suppose I'm living the life of a typical soon-to-be 23 year old. Or not-so- typical, as the case may be. I suppose economic hardships are nothing new, but with college debt accruing it's getting to the point where re-structuring is necessary. I'm gonna be taking community college classes over the summer to save a few bucks. Liberal arts colleges are just too damn expensive.
Strangely, I've heard it said that some of great writing professors are coming to community colleges. You can't judge a pizza (either well or poorly) by it's box.

Boy this is a long update. Let's see. Noah's birthday in 10 days... Mine in 13.
I made some fixes to the Mandelbrot viewer... I like to eat apples and bananas. I like ol' Yellir. I like Flamenco. Ok that's all for now...

* (Wed, 05 Apr 2006 19:00) Get better R.R.!
Okay I'm done messing w/ the Mandelbrot thing... but I improved both my Java AND PHP skills by creating a simple php script to generate default settings. Purpose? So you can permalink very specific Mandelbrot regions, such as this! P.S.: Notice the new 'Trip' button in the lower right.
Seriously, though, I hope you get better soon!

* (Mon, 03 Apr 2006) Updates...
Apparently most of my updates page got deleted somehow. The Wayback machine helped restore it though (web.archive.org). I'm allegedly supposed to hear back from Augsburg today. 6:30pm now and I still haven't heard. I was reading a wikipedia page about fractals, and the Mandelbrot set, so I wrote a basic, zoomable implementation in Java. Check it out here. Peace.

* (Tue, 21 Mar 2006) Virtue
A new poem.

* (Mon, 20 Mar 2006 19:06) Update...
I'm still kickin. Waiting for the response to my request from Augsburg. No comment.

* (Mon, 06 Feb 2006 12:46) What to do now!
Get a job!

* (Fri, 13 Jan 2006 14:35) And another year closer to putting something relevant on this site.
Yup. I might start posting some of the funny rubik's cube emails I get.
And I'm gonna try 'n burn out for the rest of break by finishing the algorithm for the NxNxN solver I'm writing (interface-only preview), and then turn it in as my senior project later on. If anyone has tips, please contact me.

* (Fri, 11 Nov 2005) 2:03 AM (ante-meridiem)
Today I found a meditation group + drum circle + spin fest.
The first half hour was spent on deep meditation, didgeridoo style. It was almost an out of body experience. I would recommend it to anyone suffering from hectic-life syndrome. I went and never came back.
If they ever build the space elevator, my hunch is that it will be haunted. It will pull in some cosmic flare that makes everybody want it. Now I'm listening to Albinoni's Adagio in G minor.

* (13 Oct 2005) 5 weeks in - The Man Who Sold The World
We passed upon the stair, we spoke of was and when. Although I wasn't there, he said I was his friend. Which came as some suprise, I spoke into his eyes. I thought you died alone, a long long time ago...
Oh no, not me, I never lost control. You're face to face, with the man who sold the world...
I laughed and shook his hand, and made my way back home. I search for form and land, for years and years I roamed. I gazed a gazely stare, at all the millions here. We must have died alone, a long long time ago...
Who knows? Not me. We never lost control. You're face to face, with the man who sold the world...

* (13 Aug 2005) sorry guys
I did it. I put ads by google at the bottom of the page. I'm sorry. I was pressured into it. All I can say in my defense is that it will never get worse than the little one-liner ads, no multi-line, no graphics, no banners, and certainly no popups. If you have beef with it, please let me know. Otherwise, CLICK THEM.

* (25 Jul 2005) advert
Alright it's down to public opinion poll. I have resisted advertising on my site for a very long time despite pressures from 3rd parties. My friend recommended to me, though, that if I have to comprimise no advertising by living on very low income (which I do), it's worth it and generally resourceful to put a little (and I do mean little) bit of advertising on the site. what do you think?

* (18 Jun 2005) And for good measure...
For good measure I put up a 2x2x2 Rubik's Cube Solver (aka Rubik's Pocket Cube). Essentially I just took the 4x4x4 source and removed about 55% of the code and was left with a perfectly functional 2x2x2 solver. Took about 6 months to get that 4x4x4 solver completed, and about 2 hours to complete the 2x2x2 solver.

* (17 Jun 2005) 4x4x4 solver completed (a little behind schedule)
Today I completed the 4x4x4 rubik's cube solver. It is overdue, I know, but yeah... now those of you who are frustrated with your 4x4x4 Rubik's Cube (aka Rubik's Revenge, aka Master Cube) can finally cheat using my program, found here.

* (28 May 2005) annnnnnnother year (this makes 22 for me now)
As per usual the day-after-birthday update... Things are chaotic in the short term and about as "secure" as it gets for the long term. Of course "security" is generally an illusion, but I seem to have found it - at least as a feeling rather than an objective state of affairs.
Much progress has been made towards having a meaningful life. I hope it wont take too long to iron out the remainder of my problems.
In any case, I have much love for those around me, and also feel abounded by love in return. So, here's to a passionate and "productive" (another quoted word) twenty-third year.

* (15 Feb 2005) Rephilos
One day when I was a boy I closed my eyes and saw an image so profound it changed my life, but I forgot what it was and have been trying to remember ever since. Now, some times when I close my eyes I focus into the distance to make out the tree of knowledge in the dark and forgotten forest of Eden. Each time I get near to the tree I am consumed by the lifetime of all the powerful feelings I have felt. Suddenly my past lovers and loathers pass into the sanctuary of my mind, and I remember all those promises I made and plans I had broken to pursue other dreams. Then the tree gets dim. And each time I blind my eyes to the naked truth, the stroke of passion - not love, not hate - that binds the world slips into view to be renounced once again.

* (02 Feb 2005) Online chess
Well, I have completed the first beta of my chess applet. It still sucks so far but at least it works without crashing (too much :), so, please have a look at it and send me your feedback and bug reports... it can be found here.

* (30 Jan 2005) Hey hey
Well maybe it's time for a meaningful update. I figured out how to do a recursive legal move search for chess up to any given depth... which is the first step in designing a chess engine. Uhmmm... also been playing a lot of piano (Chopin is really quite a lot harder than he sounds...) and let's see.. Debussy is good too. Spicy food is nice. Other than that I've just been layin low, but feel free to, um, get in touch with me. Okay that is all.

* (21 Jan 2005) accepting donations
Well, I am opposed to banners and nagging and mass advertising, however, this website and the services I offer (like the Rubik's solvers) could not be possible without donations from those who find them useful. Therefore, I have added a donations link to the bottom of this site. If you are one of those who finds this site well worthwhile, then I humbly ask you to consider using it. Even the 2 bucks you were going to spend on a burger would help. Thanks

* (27 Dec 2004) the final days of 2004
I thought it would be worth an update, since I haven't given one for a while. Soon the chess thing will actually work. As with every holiday break, I find most of my friends have shipped off to strange foreign cities. Remember, it's the B flat minor Intermezzo by Brahms.

Central Park will never have the same meaning for me. I have been touched so deeply that I will never and can never be the same person again. You have truly allowed me to be completely uninhibited. I miss you dearly. And by god I will see you again. You are a beautiful person. Thank you for letting me fall in love in New York.
Our unpretentious, expectationless, unneurotic and therefore uninhibited partnership was truly wonderful. My bittersweet breaking heart has only raised my standards in transcendental excellence.

* (28 May 2004) another year

For the last three years I've posted a site update on my birthday. Today it comes the afternoon afterward. I have just turned 21, and already my opinion on the legal drinking age has reversed (now I think it's a good thing, and vow never to drink underage again).
But on a more serious note, every year around my birthday, fate drops on me a few hours of concentrated reflection for me to internalize the year past in a positive way and regroup and assess. This year has been a good one. I've made many new close friends and I think I have grown as a person. My rite of adulthood seems to have come, and I feel overall optimistic about it.
I know that some of my family members and friends read this site, but I am confident to make a good progress report. I have recently had my first experience with mushrooms, I've been drunk, high, and am not a virgin. I have been in love and I have been in hate, and I've kept as much perspective as a I can on everything.
And I have found only a great affirmation for life. I think that 21 years down the line I will read this and reflect on how naive I must be right now, but some difficult-to-describe life force has compelled me and told me that I am forgiven for all the withdrawals I've made from the bank of karma, with the condition that I've come out of the whole experience with my head on my shoulders and my pen on the paper, so to speak, busy drawing and creating and exploring the world ahead.
I guess I feel somehow sentimental right now. I feel that what I have was not necessarily earned, but I also feel that I've given tenderness and love, and generally find that with this rite of adulthood, my regrets and shames have faded into embarassments and "learning experiences". I, to the extent I can imagine, am happy. And I hope to remain this way. Thanks.

--------------------------------------------------

* (12 May 2004)
   I have long considered myself to have a well-organized thought process (perhaps that's why I am prone to such things as piano), yet at some point in those few minutes between when I feel inspired enough to start writing something personal or creative, and when I get actually get myself a pen with which to write, I manage to get myself stuck with writers block.
   Somehow, just writing about these very phenomena seems to help.
   I have a sort of ambivalence about my role with the other people around me. Take the people at macalester - I feel deeply alienated by the people there. I feel that these people are absurdly liberal and hippie-esque and have this feeling of "love all nature", and yet their philosophy has a glaring and fatal flaw. They can't seem to reconcile that other people deserve just as much respect as nature. In my encounters, I've found many (certainly not all) of the people with whom I've crossed paths to consider other people, by default, to be arrogant and ignorant bastards. They seem to support the idea of cultural diversity yet oppose the idea of intellectual diversity - people are either Bob Marley rappin', sexually frustrated, disaffected students or they are in the wrong place (no offense to Marley).
   Enter a person like myself there. I stick out like a sore thumb - I have no beef with consumerism or capitalism; I believe that evil people have just as much a right to happy existence as good people, and I don't seek to go picketing each weekend to inadvertantly point the finger at someone else for my personal inner unhappiness.
   In fact I think I am rather happy and feel no particular need to spend a lot of time complaining about these things (I consider this writing to be more of an emotional audit than a complaint). Of course there are many (though not as many) people around (including at macalester) who are enlightened and at peace.
   Then there's the other side to the afformentioned ambivalence. Somehow I feel that I lack the overall discipline which is required to be "successful". I can point out minor, subtle, implicit bugs in computer programs, and find when musical motifs are recycled in the most unexpacted parts of a symphony, yet I can't force myself to get to bed at a decent hour. Fred said that perhaps I should start popping ritalin. So, I feel generally unqualified to speak out and tell these people by whom I feel alienated that I think they have misjudged.
   Thoughtful, introspective, philosophical, creative and generous as I am, I somehow am a general annoyance to be around. Could it be that I'm not the first person to feel the way I feel?
   More on this later...

* (10 May 2004) 17 days till it's no longer fun to drink
Well let's see.... today I got a SWEET Rhodes Mark I 88 key electric piano (circa 1973) and an amp to go with it... it is so sweet it makes lollipops jealous.
Then I finished the last of my court business in Stillwater and in the end, the court owed me $155! Unbelievable! Mad props to my uncle David.
Once upon a midnight dreary, while I pron surfed, weak and weary,
over many a strange and spurious site of 'hot xxx galore',
While I clicked my fav'rite bookmark, suddenly there came a warning,
and my heart was filled with mourning, mourning for my dear amour,
"'Tis not possible!", I muttered, "give me back my free hardcore!"
..... quoth the server, 404.

* (31 Mar 2004) Some words (until we get some better ones) from your friend and mine, in the Capitol of Decadenz.
It's been a while, I know. I'm in Vienna now, and times are good. Spring is here, beautiful women abound, and beer is plentiful. I've been spending my time ruminating, chatting with people, and taking naps, and drinking a lot of tea.
Also, I was looking at wrongway.org just now- I'm jealous of Chris and would like to have something of mine on your site. I suppose I'll have to write something cool first. Ok then...

I hope to hear from you soon, and certainly more updates will follow from the Capitol of Decadenz
Much love,
Nico

* (16 Mar 2004) Online Chess coming soon...
Yes, soon wrongway.org will host an interactive multiplayer online chess server. This has been an ambitious project I've undertaken. I've finished the chess server, and now I need to write the client (which means that overall I'm over half-way done). For now, those of you die-hard fans can telnet to ftp.wrongway.org port 7001 and fiddle around...

* (17 Feb 2004) My friend and yours, care/of TanZANIA
I?ve nearly finished Nietzsche?s ?beyond good and evil.? I?m struck by his talk about resentment in Greek tragedies. I?ve read many of the plays, and acted in a few of them. I?ve perceived a difference in the style of these plays that set them apart from other stories, but have never found words to express what lies underneath. Now I think I know: it is gratitude for life. To believe that one deserves nothing frees one from resentment of life. And thus everything that one receives is precious. We can do our work, and let it go. I have found few people in my life who have exhibited this trait. And for that reason, I miss all y?all.

From my own experience, passion is not something that can be built on top of mediocrity. One cannot be eased into a love of life; all the security of mediocrity must be ripped away from them. Perhaps these are overly dramatic terms. I?m not sure if I heard it directly from her, or if it was you who relayed this proverb, but I remember Farida once saying that in order to get to heaven, you may have to send others to hell. I think that can be modified to statement that in order to get to heaven, you have to go to hell yourself, as well. [Be] passionate about life, and live in beautiful absurdity.

P.S. Today's Kiswahili lesson:

Nina mesa = I have a table
Ninamesa = I swallow

HEY girls! find me repulsive? well normally i would say something bitter and resentful but i guess cynicism doesn't make any sense .
my personality seems to repel most girls but i have to say it works perfectly on the girls who I end up being really happy with who are the rare unpretentious type.
I guess that I have come to terms with my own limitations. And many girls find that to be a sign of lethargy or apathy, but I think it might in fact be the opposite: liberating. At least in the sense that I do not have to put years of effort into deceiving myself into thinking that I'm something I'm not.
People often mistake this as settling for mediocrity. To the contrary, I believe my future to be something great, but I also believe I have many weaknesses and I am not afraid to expose them to others right up front. I guess that some people must think that this is a sign of extreme insecurity and desire for attention.
But as it happens, I seek less attention than most people. What I really seek is to find other people who prefer honesty over politeness. I find that in a situation like that, I can be just as submissive as assertive.
Ok well I don't remember what I was originally planning to write here, but I guess that should be an adaquate update.

* (19 Sep 2003) VeriSign Sucks
It's true, verisign sucks. They have abused their power as operator of the .com and .net registry, by adding a wildcard DNS entry. What does this mean? This means that when you accidently misspell a website name that ends in .com or .net, instead of getting the trusty old, "this page cannot be found" error, you'll get a VeriSign advertisement, telling you to buy the domain (from them, of course), and in little print, telling you that the domain could not be found, too.
Of course, it's important for them to make a few extra million bucks, so never mind that this will cause LOADS of problems... not the least of which is the incredible elevation in the amount of Spam traffic that will occur. SendMail (by far, the most common mail server) prevents spam from getting accross the internet by making sure that the sender's domain is valid... well now with verisign's change, EVERY domain is "valid," so a spammer can claim that their mail came from ANYWHERE and it can't really be verified.

Interesting sense of humor as well... the bartender said, "You're American right? I need to see some I.D..." Nervous and bewildered, I revealed my MN Driver's License, to which he replied, "wow you really are American... I'm sorry to hear that. Here's a beer."
So as always, in a drunken stouper, I saw a piece of objectivity. A little play on quantum theatre...: if you're reading this, I'm probably in the hallway, making some malt liquor with my buddy Johannes... if not then I'm not.
Busted
But seriously back to the stouper thing... I get the odd impression that a lot of college girls are looking for some good 'ol fashioned meaningless experience before returning back home for the serious business. Now I remember why college uh, rules too much.

A new survey we conducted shows that 99.5% of the population likes to "have fun." The .5% accounts for an area dog we interviewed, who gave an ambiguous, difficult to interpret response.
Additionally, of those 99.5%, a total of 100% of them thought that "hanging out is fun." It seems that in their free time, people of all different cultures and social backgrounds like to "hang out," and most often it is "with friends."

* (20 Jan 2003) HI,
Well I read Also Sprach Zarathustra yesterday, and it was pretty good. I recommend it. Nietzsche can sound pretty contemptuous at times, but even so his point is pretty wise.
Also, I've become rather irritated with Yahoo.com's email service (they seem to like selling my email address to advertisers and spammers, so I've rerouted all mail sent to that particular yahoo accout to a private mail server, which then bounces spam back to the sender. Because of this change, legitimate email sent to me will be bouced for the next day or so, until the DNS system propagates the changes.

I have the sense that Farida is not coming back. At least not for a very long time. This would be the second time this has happened.
She has some unfinished business in Baku.. and maybe Paris also.
OK so... I guess I'll chill here at home... until Munich.. mwaha
Also, I saw my father over New Years (1 of the 2-weeks-of-the-year that I see him), and also saw my brother and sister. They are doing pretty well for themselves, and I guess I'd have to say I was impressed. I saw them move out of the little shack (litterally) that they used to live in, and in to the nice house they have now. I learned my sister is applying to go to Macalester (which suprised me), and my brother is becoming a little skater-anarchist. He's also 3 inches taller than me. HOW CAN THAT BE!!! Well anyway I enjoyed playing their grand piano, and just having some time off in general. I guess I'm done jibbering.

I don't know why I was thinking about it but I was. Which brings me to the subject of women...
Well for now I retreat to my indifference. Of course it obviously conflicts with my philosophy of romanticism, but patience is a necessary part of high standards.
Maybe I should not write about women.
At any rate I've been working quite a lot on Rachmaninoff's Second Concerto lately, usually at very early morning hours. I really hope to be able to perform it soon. It would give me a chance to share this very important part of my life. I don't think anyone I know really takes my piano playing seriously.
Except Farida. Nice girl.
So it's now almost sunrise. Should I just stay up or bother trying to sleep? Well I hope you're asleep when I'm writing this. Sleep well. Good night.
