She is known for her serious and sometimes painstaking dedication to exercise.

And it seems that LeAnn Rimes will workout just about anywhere.

The country music star was seen lifting some heavy shopping bags in the air after stopping to pick up some groceries with a friend at a Whole Foods market in Toronto on Thursday.

The singer, who is visiting husband Eddie Cibrian while he films Best Man Holiday, tweeted 'Shopping to make Asian kelp noodles and gorilla wraps from @KimsBeautyDetox Yum.'

And it seems that LeAnn is enjoying some down time off the glamour while she's visiting Canada.

The Spitfire star wore a pair of ripped denim skinny jeans, a white tank and a black hoodie for her shopping outing.

She also went casual with her footwear, trotting around in a pair of black, pink and red Nike sneakers.

The make-up free star threw her blonde hair up in a casual bun and wore no jewelery except for her wedding and engagement ring and a bracelet.

LeAnn recently spoke about how her 39-year-old actor beau reassures her when she's feeling insecure about her weight.

'Now I'm secure about my body, although I'm like any other woman and have my moments of self doubt, but it's nice to have a husband who tells you you're beautiful all the time,' Rimes told Mail Online.

'I'll say to him: "I've gained a few pounds" and he'll say: "Good!"'

She continued: 'People said I was [anorexic] but I didn't have a problem with eating as I ate a ton all the time – I could eat my husband under the table! But I was going through a time when I just wasn't sleeping – my mind wouldn't shut off and my heart was breaking.'

The Borrowed singer will release her fourteenth studio album, Spitfire, on June 4.

Spitfire will feature guest performers Alison Krauss, Rob Thomas of Matchbox Twenty, Dan Tyminski, and Jeff Beck.

'This album is a peek into my world; who I am, what I’ve gone through, what my emotions are,' Rimes said on her website.

'It’s an intimate conversation between me and whoever’s listening. I hope I’m saying things that are hard for others to express. It certainly took me a lot of work to get to this point. And it’s still easier to sing these thoughts than it is to say them out loud. The intimacy in my music is just beginning.'

LeAnn is making the most of her free time before she's due to perform.

Her next concert is on May 18 at the Clearwater River Casino Event Center in Lewiston, ID.

Then on July 3, she will sing at Milwaukee's Summerfest, which also features Diplo, Dropkick Murphys, Cake, 311, and rapper Nelly.

YOUR heart was breaking while you were enjoying your new marriage with Eddie? That's about the same time you were so underweight, right? It didn't look like your heart was breaking. All the disgusting, selfish things you said to the press about the mother of Eddie's sons...didn't sound like your heart was breaking. The pictures of you, laughing while you antagonized a woman on the phone, because she didn't like you (and who you're now suing for hurting you..wow, btw)....didn't look like that was too heartbreaking. I could go on, but there's no point. You need to just stay away from Twitter, stop calling the paparazzi constantly, and for God's sake, stop talking about YOUR 'pain'! You are toxic. NOT a Brandi fan...so don't go there.

Brandi was caught in a no makeup shot a couple of weeks ago. LeAnn always has to copy. While neither women is at their "best" completely sans makeup, Brandi, even at 10 years older, still looks better even bare faced. LeAnn is gaining weight and looking a mess lately. If this is what Eddie has to look forward to after only 2 years of marriage and 4 years together then he will likely be spotted with a hotty waitress in a matter of months. LeAnn is unfortunate looking. Especially when she makes no effort for her appearance. Eh.
