We have very active forums, an independently run E-store, Twitter and Facebook social media pages, Wikipedia page, and a regularly updated YouTube channel with video reviews shot at our very own HD video production studio. This article gives a quick explanation of each portion of Audioholics allowing individuals new to Audioholics a basic understanding of what we do and why we do it. The History of Audioholics.com — last modified April 02, 2007 09:59
A trip down memory lane seemed appropriate once we decided that Audioholics needed its final overhaul. I say FINAL because I am determined to never go through this process again... This isn't the first time Audioholics has undergone a transformation, but until this one they have always been superficial - dealing with the look or aesthetics of the website.
Audioholics Storefront - Breaking All the Rules — last modified January 29, 2008 17:08
It was with interested skepticism that Clint DeBoer and Gene DellaSala sat down during the 2006 CEDIA with Will Stamps and Tadd Rosenfeld (of Woodland Venture Partners) to discuss what would eventually become the Audioholics Storefront. Issues on the table were: How would the store work and what would it look like? What part would Audioholics play in its development and operation? Would opening a store impact our objectivity and ability to provide unbiased reviews to our readers? Why is this a good idea? These were all good questions at the time and are certainly good questions for our readers and manufacturing partners to be asking us now. We’ll take you through, briefly, the process we went through in reaching a decision to actually develop and deploy the Audioholics Storefront AND outline why we think this is the greatest thing to hit consumers in a long time.
