RegPM

RegPM (Registered Project Manager) is AIPM's project management certification program. It involves an individually designed competency-based workplace assessment program. Applicants are required to compile evidence that displays their competence in project management. It can be awarded at one of three levels:

  • Certified Practising Project Practitioner (CPPP)
  • Certified Practising Project Manager (CPPM)
  • Certified Practising Project Director (CPPD)

Overview of the RegPM Certification Program

‘Certification’ is the term used by professional institutes to recognise individuals who have attained a certain professional standard. Educational qualifications are a separate form of recognition. A qualification does not guarantee certification.

Competency standards are based on best practice in project management in both the private and public sectors.

For more information on the RegPM standards, please see Competency Standards. To see who holds a RegPM, see the Register of RegPMs.

Application fee

The application fee for the initial review of AIPM recognition is A$154.00 (incl. GST). This fee also applies to future reviews at higher framework levels. (The fee is non-refundable).
