Now Kanye has a bump too! Pregnant Kim Kardashian's boyfriend West goes on a foul mouth tirade after walking into 'caution' sign

He almost always looks gruff when he's spotted out and about, especially of late.

But Kanye West was left absolutely fuming after hurting his head outside a restaurant in Beverly Hills on Friday afternoon.

Taking his pregnant girlfriend Kim Kardashian out to 9021 Pho, a Vietnamese eatery in the upscale suburb, the 35-year-old rapper hit his head on a signpost on the way in whilst he was chatting to the reality star.

Making the incident even more embarrassing was the fact that the sign was emblazoned with a warning that read: 'Caution: Watch For Pedestrians'.

The Touch The Sky rapper was left with an abrasion in the middle of his forehead and was clearly not impressed.

As he became more and more enraged, paparazzi checked to see if he was OK, but Kanye was not left with any serious injuries.

Heavily pregnant Kim also looked on with deep concerned after her man hit his head, grabbing his arm, trying to coax him.

However, after going into the restaurant to nurse his wounds Kanye did not calm down.

Instead, the rapper came back out of the eatery and started yelling at a photographer.

Despite the photographer saying he had just got there, there was no stopping the angry Kanye who shoved the man's camera out of his hands.

Another patron even joins in the yelling before Kanye storms back into the restaurant.

The day had started out well for the pair when they earlier had seemed happy and loved-up whilst going house hunting.

During the outing, Kim, 32, was wearing what appeared to be a pair of stretchy trousers.

The reality TV queen paired the attire with an equally comfortable looking low-cut vest that clung onto her huge baby bump.

She jazzed up the ensemble with a black lace jacket that somewhat covered her famous derriere.

Kim also wore a pair of glitzy earrings in her ears which were revealed by her braided hairstyle.

The brunette beauty was in good spirits for the outing, smiling and laughing as she got out of her car.

Kanye stayed close by his girlfriend as they prepared to take a tour of the home situated in Beverly Hills.

Holding hands, the couple were seen walking around a brick courtyard with Kanye turning around and signalling for the paps to hush.

Meanwhile, Kanye is to have a cameo role in Anchorman: The Legend Continues.

The rapper was spotted filming scenes for the comedy sequel - which stars Will Ferrell as bungling news reader Ron Burgundy - on the set in Atlanta, Georgia, on Tuesday.

Kanye was dressed in an afro wig and was seen fighting with several famous faces, including Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Sacha Baron Cohen.

Anchorman 2 will feature a host of big name stars in roles, such as Liam Neeson, Will Smith, John C. Reilly, Nicole Kidman, Jim Carrey and Jane Lynch.

Meryl Streep is also hoping to make an appearance in the highly anticipated movie and has even approached returning cast member Steve Carell about getting her a part.

Steve previously said: 'Meryl told me she was a huge 'Anchorman' fan and she'd love to have a cameo in the sequel. That could be really funny. There are going to be plenty of great cameos in this movie.'

Anchorman: The Legend Continues will be released at the end of the year.

Kanye's getting what he always wanted and now he can't handle it He's always been the biggest show off, biggest "look at me, look at me" media monger on earth. Why do you think he made that big scene with Taylor Swift? It wasn't because he thought Beyonce should have won, it was about putting himself in the spotlight. He doesn't fool me for a minute. It always irritates me when people who purposely place themselves into the public eye, to get themselves the fame and fortune, expect to be able to switch the resulting attention on or off when it suits them. - Amanda, Stockport, 11/05/13 5:33 PM Well said Amanda. It's just what I was thinking. These people make a living out being in the public eye. It is a bit sad when Kim is ridiculed for her pregnancy weight, however lets keep in mind Kim's whole existence is based on the way she looks. Before pregnancy it was constant half naked twitter pics, I'm so gorgeous! I haven't had any surgery I don't have Botox. I mean she posted pics of her having a vampire facial. Her 'occupation" is a reality show. They can go wrap them selves in their millions and make them selves feel better. Fame is not a tap you can turn on and off. Take the bad with good I'm afraid. It's the life they chose.

He won't stay with her because of all the media attention she courts. You can see he hates it as he never looks happy or smiles. She pretends not to like it when she's with him but you can see she loves it. I'd be very, very surprised if he marries her.
