He's the happiest baby! Giuliana Rancic steps out with her smiling boy Edward Duke at LAX before Mother's Day

After years of struggling to have a little one to call her own, this proud mommy finally got to celebrate her first Mother's Day.

Gearing up for the holiday weekend, Giuliana Rancic was seen cosying up to her baby boy Edward Duke at Los Angeles International Airport on Saturday.

And it was crystal clear that the love between the two is mutual, as the eight-month-old couldn't help but smile around his doting mother.

Dressed in a striped grey shirt and matching trousers, the wide-eyed boy was snapped grinning as he lounged in a red travel carrier.

Letting his feet hang free, the tiny tot was without shoes on his soles, only covering up with a pair of tight white socks.

Meanwhile, the 38-year-old E! Fashion Police host was bundled up in a black long-sleeved shirt and chocolate brown zip-up down vest.

Dressed for comfort, she teamed the pieces with a pair of fitted black leggings and grey trainers.

Her brunette locks were pulled back into a ponytail, as she kept her brown eyes concealed with jet black sunglasses.

Though she opted for a relaxed look, she still flashed some designer duds, showing her love of high fashion with Louis Vuitton and Hermes totes as she made her way through the airport.

With her mobile phone in her hand, the mother-of-one checked on her youngster before continuing their travel trek.

After struggling with fertility problems, the presenter welcomed Edward Duke into the world via a surrogate in August 2012.

Meanwhile Giuliana’s husband Bill has recently revealed that she resisted his advances when they first began dating.

The 41-year-old admitted to Today Show anchor Natalie Morales: 'I tried to make the first move... And I was rejected!'

But Giuliana explained: 'That was one of my rules. No kiss for at least three dates. I didn't want to be the kissing bandit.'

well guiliana puts her husband first than child coz she knows she is so bad looking that she will never find another husband if this leaves her, however, she can have someone to give her a second child if needed any time. So, her only option is to keep her husband and try hard no matter what. And I agree he eventually, will do better than her.

she seems not to want to hold the baby close to her as though she is worried he will mess up her outfit I have seen pictures of her hugging her handbag closer - poor child to have this obtuse woman as a mother

I'm sorry but this is the truth.....you can tell he isn't hers by the way she is holding him. A biological mother carries her child with the protection of a lioness.

Why do people always have to criticize they wanted a baby desperately they obviously are very much in love and dote on little Edward Duke. leave them alone lovely little family.
