Its almost 2 am for EST, AND theres school/work tomorrow, which means most american users (which is like 90% of the people that go to that channel) are already sleeping.
Around 6 PM EST theres a good amount of people (around 10 sometimes) from just the forum where I come from, im sure if more people from this forum started frequenting the channel we could easily get 20+ at normal times.
Some will die in hot pursuit in fiery auto-crashes.
Some will die in hot pursuit while sifting through my ashes.
Some will fall in love with life and drink it from a fountain that is pouring like an avalanche coming down the mountain.
Am I the only one in there or did I do something wrong again?

Today we got a few known players, zxcv, randomg, Ely... yeah. Before, Karol and Josh used to pass by too. Besides these awesome users, there are some regulars in the channel that are always there, such as me and Johann.
I think it would be fun if we could get around 15+ users in the chat, some very interesting and friendly chats happen there, trades can be arranged, rapetrains can also be arranged, dungeon runs, you catch my drift.
1) You must know what IRC is
- Internet Relay Chat. Basically a program that has a looot of networks, and those networks have "channels". Channels are the equivalent of a chatroom, some talk about sports, others talk about random stuff, our channel, #RotMG , is about, well duh, Realm of the Mad God.
2) How to connect
- So you know what IRC is and what channels are, now you must know how to get there! The easiest way is using "Mibbit", a website which connects you directly to any IRC network without the need of downloads or anything. Some of you that use IRC may have "mIRC", which is the official program and can also be used, but if you dont, just use Mibbit.
To get on Mibbit, go to the website www.mibbit.com. Then you must click the "Chat Now" button. Example:
3) Getting to the channel.
- After clicking that, you should get a "Loading" page and then the following screen:
If you got here, youre halfway done, now you must pick the network, which in this case, is SynIRC. So go to the dropdown menu and pick it from the list of networks.
4) Pick your username!
- Network is picked now, so now just type your username in the little box on the left.
5) Pick the channel!
- Alright almost there, now you only need to pick the channel, which is #RotMG, therefore you just need to write it on the right box. The "#" symbol must be there, do not forget it. After you write the channel, just click the green "Go" button to get to the chat.
6) Voila!
- There you are, thats the RotMG chatroom! There you can talk about anything you want, do take that we are trying to keep it friendly there so dont go around looking for trouble, please, and thanks! Also take into account its a tiny channel so far, so dont expect it to be booming with activity every single hour of the day!
I kind of avoid rizon at any chance I get due to bad experiences and I don't know if people will try to stalk me on there lawl
And I already lurk synIRC for a load of other channels.
Just came online and its empty (rizon or synirc).
What about making a pretty more official one on gamesurge or quakenet ? < those networks are often used by game communities/developers
@Brett: You probably came during a bad time of day. We don''t all spend 24 hours in there. We take break to eat/sleep/do other daily obligations. Come back Later in the day and it should be better. (this is for synirc)
