Bradley Cooper went from delivering flowers to cracking jokes on Monday while promoting his latest movie in New York City.

The 38-year-old actor made a guest appearance on Late Night With Jimmy Fallon as he continues marketing his new movie, The Hangover Part III.

Bradley was warmly greeted by talk show host Jimmy as he stepped onto the stage in a dark blue suit paired with a light blue shirt and slate green tie.

The actor also received a warm greeting from the audience and acknowledged his fans with a big wave of his hand.

The two funny guys participated in a skit in which both wore basketball backboards attached by a headband to their foreheads.

Earlier in the day, Bradley showed his gentlemanly side as he treated Savanna Guthrie to a surprise bouquet.

The Today show co-host had just announced the news of her recent engagement on air when Bradley showed up with an unannounced gift.

The hunky actor presented Savannah, 41, with a bunch of red roses, and she couldn't contain her delight as she let out a little squeal.

Bradley, who was dressed in a suave grey suit and white shirt, seemed thrilled for the TV star.

Savannah revealed that her boyfriend of four years, political consultant and former Democratic adviser Mike Feldman, had popped the question over the weekend.

She grinned as she made the announcement, showing off a large ring to her colleagues and the audience.

'I got engaged at the weekend,' she said. 'Mike Feldman - who I adore. We've been together four years so, as he said, no one can accuse us of rushing into anything.

'I'm really happy. We're really excited.'

Co-host Matt Lauer had tweeted an image of Savannah flashing her ring earlier on Monday morning - but she said it had taken a while for her colleagues to notice it.

'I was wearing this ring hoping one of my colleagues might notice,' she said, adding that she had been eating her oatmeal and hugging the other hosts in a way so that they would see the sparkler.

'But no one noticed!' she said to their laughter.

She also shared her excitement with Kathie Lee and Hoda, revealing that she had been with Feldman on the Turks and Caicos Islands and drinking champagne when he got down on one knee.

But at first she didn't take it seriously - believing that he was simply talking about getting married.

'I only realized when he brought out the ring box,' she said. 'I was just so overcome.'

Feldman also called into the show and said he had been nervous ahead of popping the question 'but figured there'd be a secondary market for diamonds like that' if she said no.

'I was very, very, very happy when she said yes,' he said. 'I'm the luckiest guy in the world.'

Mr Feldman, 44, was a former aide to Al Gore and heads up a successful communications advisory firm based in Washington, D.C. and New York.

Here we see dm¿s latest space/labor saving device as in one day they write TWO articles about the same thing. 1 article about him on Jimmy Fallon and one with him on the today show. Both are on NBC, You oculd just write how he spend the day at NBC plugging his film in one article? Two? Side by side? That¿s just pathetic.
