Coyote 2011 Mustang GT, has some ambitious goals set out for it, one of those is the ability to eclipse 1G on the skidpad, while remaining entirely street drivable. Previously, the car has gone through some changes, but this is the first set of mods to address road handling.
We decided to bring our 2004 Mustang up to date with a set of 18×8-inch 2010 Mustang GT wheels, wrapped in Pirelli 235/50ZR 18 Pzero Nero tires from OEM parts specialist New Take Off. To make ‘em fit right, we also ordered up NTO’s 13mm wheel spacer kit.

Tire technology has improved by leaps and bounds over the centuries, beginning with the use of iron bands that were heated in forges and quenched around wooden cart wheels and eventually evolving into the self-inflating, puncture-proof rubber compounds with which we are so familiar today.
