Put through their paces: Chelsea will face Benfica in the Europa League final on Wednesday night
It's a knockout: Some of Chelsea's training techniques looked like an old TV show from the 1960s, 70s and 80s
Rafael Benitez's side are in their 10th final of the last 10 years - four FA Cups, three League Cups and two Champions Leagues - against Benfica.
As well as the usual drills of passing, shooting and general fitness, some members of the squad took on a short obstacle course which bore resemblance to the British comedy game show of the 1960s, 70s and 80s.
Unsurprisingly, the man who has to fling himself around the most during matches, goalkeeper Petr Cech, seemed to win.
Elsewhere, John Terry can be seen being put through his paces as he bids to get fit for Wednesday's showpiece following injury.
