She's been one of the most talked about actresses at this year's Cannes Film Festival, thanks to her dazzling performance in the Great Gatsby.

And Carey Mulligan was the centre of attention again on Sunday night as she arrived for the premiere of her new film Inside Llewyn Davis.

The star looked incredible in a flowing two tone black and white gown as she sashayed down the red carpet with co stars Justin Timberlake, Oscar Isaac, John Goodman and Garrett Hedlund - who kept to Carey's monochrome theme in black and white suits.

Showing no signs of being tired despite her hectic schedule, the star looked in great spirits as she laughed and giggled with her co-stars on the red carpet.

Accentuating her pale complexion and natural beauty, the blonde star kept her hair away from her face and make-up simple.

Her Vionnet frock came complete with a risque plunge and split in the front, which showed off the 27-year-old's slight frame.

She finished off her look with a pair of black peep-toe shoes as she joked that she couldn't believe the weather was good.

At the opening night last Wednesday for The Great Gatsby screening, the actress and other castmembers got soaked in a downpour.

Laughing as she took her seat she said, 'It wasn't raining!'

Justin Timberlake - who plays Carey's husband in the film - looked handsome as he arrived on the red carpet with his on-screen wife - sporting a slick back do and a touch of facial hair.

The singer-turned-actor came with his real-life wife Jessica Biel, who looked especially glam in a Marchesa strapless prom dress, which came complete with a bird feather underskirt.

Garrett was also supported by his girlfriend Kirsten Dunst, who wore a Michael Van Der Ham black and white gown, which she teamed with a sweep of red lipstick and diamante earrings.

Also in attendance was juror Nicole Kidman, who was reunited with her husband Keith Urban after he flew specially to the French Riviera to support his wife.

The pair put on a romantic display like they were two young teenagers falling in love at first sight as they posed outside the Palais Des Festivals, kissing and cuddling in front of the cameras.

The 45-year-old actress looked stunning in L'Wren Scott dress which showed off her svelte frame to perfection.

Nicole told the Daily Mail that she had racks of gowns to choose from every night: 'But tonight I chose L'Wren Scott because she knows how to design for my body.

'This dress fits me perfectly and it's so comfortable to wear plus I like supporting new designers.'

But it was Jane Fonda that really stole the show. The 75-year-old looked like a woman half her age as she flashed her decolletage in a bright pink dress.

Showing off her enviable body, the star donned a figure hugging gown that slipped just off the shoulder, exposing her youthful glow.
