'I've had a tummy tuck and neck lift': Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita reveals surgery secrets

Real Housewives of New Jersey star Jacqueline Laurita has revealed she had a tummy tuck and neck lift.

The 41-year-old, who has three children, went under the knife in between the fourth and fifth seasons of Bravo's hit franchise.

She gave a glimpse of the results on Watch What Happens Live on Sunday night and later took to Twitter to thank her doctor.

'That's right, I said tummy tuck and neck lift,' Laurita tweeted on Sunday. 'Thank you, Dr. Brent!'

The two procedures were done by Dr. Brent Moelleken, a California-based plastic and reconstructive cosmetic surgeon.

His website promotes his 'hybrid tummy tuck,' which is performed through a C-Section type incision and claims to be less invasive than a hip-to-hip incision.

Laurita has previously confirmed having breast implants and using Botox.

She first hinted at her body makeover in February.

'When workouts and diets fail to put your body back in order after three kids, is there anything wrong with having a Dr. Brent put you back together again?' she asked her fans at the time.

'I honestly think it's beautiful when people grow old gracefully. I have no idea why I choose not to. I'll fight gravity with a laser like Luke Skywalker.'

She then tweeted a link to Dr. Brent's website. 'A tummy tuck would be lovely. Anyone ever do that and love it?' she asked. 'Sounds tempting.'

Jacqueline has a daughter Ashley Holmes, 22, from her first marriage and two sons, Christopher, born in 2002 and Nicholas, born in 2009, with her current husband Chris.

Last year she publicaly revealed her youngest child has been diagnosed with autism.

The Real Housewives of New Jersey returns to Bravo on June 2 at 8 p.m. EST.

I absolutely love Jacqueline Laurita's honesty about her plastic surgeries! I think she looks amazing. Her doctor definitely did a great job. I'm also very grateful to my plastic surgeon, namely, Dr. Jerome Edelstein because two years ago I had a tummy tuck procedure and everything worked very well for me. My doctor really helped me regain my pre-pregnancy body. I would recommend this doctor to everyone looking for a good surgeon!
