The blond five-year-old beat out several six-year-olds to resume his role as the son of a stripper named Jade (Heather Graham).

'We called up the mom and said, "Hey we're doing another one and we would love to see how Grant is doing,"' director Todd Philips told Global Grind.

'Then they came to my office and he was great and we had so much fun seeing him again.'

Little Grant looked ultra-dapper at Monday night's premiere in Westwood clad in a pin-stripe vest, trousers, and a blue dress shirt/tie combo.

Holmquist, his twin sister Avery, and six other baby girls took turns playing the sunglasses-wearing tyke cared for by Alan (Zach Galifianakis) back in 2009.

Grant's mother Carrie said the finished product ended up including about '60 percent Grant, 40 percent Avery.'

She recalled: 'They had shot for two days prior to us getting there, so there are a couple clips in that movie where it's not Grant or Avery.'

For The Hangover III, the precocious child spent the bulk of his filming opposite Galifianakis.

'Zach did an amazing job loosening Grant up,' said Carrie.

'He's the type of kid who's very analytical and intelligent. So he kind of walks into a room and takes it all in first so it was really nice to have those personalities warm up to him.'

She continued: 'When he sees him in the trailer or in the paper, he'll go, "Oh, there's Zachy!" He's taken to calling him Zachy. Grant loves him.'

The new comedy also features Graham, Bradley Cooper, Ed Helms, Jeffrey Tambor, Justin Bartha, and John Goodman.

Grant's co-star Ken Jeong, who plays gangster Leslie Chow, had a heart to heart with Carrie at a recent photo shoot.

'He's a physician and has twins, too. Just nice, nice people.'
