All you need is R-Patz! Andrew Garfield and Tom Sturridge enjoy a mini Brit Pack reunion in New York

They're two members of the much-loved Brit Pack - a group of young British actors who have made the move to America.

And Andrew Garfield and Tom Sturridge enjoyed something of a mini reunion of the group as they headed out in New York together on Wednesday.

All that was missing was their pal Robert Pattinson, another member of the group, who was absent from the outing - presumably due to his recent split from Kristen Stewart.

But Andrew and Tom looked in good spirits despite the absence of their wingman as they took The Amazing Spider-Man actor's dog for a walk around Tribeca.

The pair looked casual for the outing, with Andrew sporting a plaid shirt over a T-shirt with khaki trousers and trainers, while Tom wore a white T-shirt with black jeans.

Andrew and Tom's British background isn't the only thing the pair have in common, as they are both dating Hollywood actresses.

While Andrew is happily dating his Spider-Man co-star Emma Stone, Tom has a daughter with his fiancée Sienna Miller.

The pair make up the Brit Pack with Pattinson, as well as Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Les Miserables star Eddie Redmayne and Skyfall actor Ben Whishaw.

Eddie said of the group's friendship in a recent interview: 'What’s interesting about Ben and Andrew is we’ve been at it awhile and I remember auditions seven years ago when we were all in the same room together.

'So it’s not just the hair that binds us, but there’s a mutual support since you do feel a bit alien when you go over to the States to act in Hollywood. I’m grateful to have a great network of British actor-friends.'

Andrew's friendship with R-Patz perhaps goes back the furthest, with the pair both vying to be cast as the lead in Spider-Man.

And while Andrew beat Pattinson to be cast in the role, he insists there has never been any animosity between the pair.

He said: 'I don't see it that way (as a competition). Rob's a friend of mine and I care about him a lot. We're very supportive of each other.'

They look like the stink in that pic from 2009. Rpattz is one unattractive dude. Tom is losing his hair that's why he keeps it long. Andrew is sweet, but as boring as oatmeal.

I don't find him attractive at all but Tom looked better in 2009. He looks gross with that long hair.
