That's awkward! Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson win multiple nominations for Twilight at Teen Choice Awards... days after breaking up

Winning an award nomination is normally something to celebrate.

But it might get a little awkward at the Teen Choice Awards after newly broken up Kristen Stewart and Robert Pattinson won multiple nominations for the last of the Twilight franchise.

The teen favourites were nominated along with Taylor Lautner for their performances in The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 2.

The finale of the Twilight Saga had nominations for best sci-fi/fantasy movie, best actress for Kristen, best actor for Robert, best actor for Taylor Lautner, choice romantic movie, choice romantic actor for Robert and choice romantic actress for Kristen.

But teen favourites  Kristen, 23, and Robert, 27, ended their four year relationship just a few days ago. Robert moved out of Kristen's home on Sunday.

The Twilight Saga stars first broke up for two months last summer after the actress' fling with director Rupert Sanders.

The couple had reconciled and were spotted earlier this spring enjoying themselves at concerts, including the Coachella Music Festival.

But it seems things have since soured, meaning the Teen Choice Awards could be rather awkward for the pair.

The awards celebrate the year's hottest teen icons in film, television, music, sports and fashion. Voting is open to fans ages 13 to 19.

Oz The Great And Poweful starring Mila Kunis and James Franco received four nominations, including one for Michelle Williams.

The Teen Choice 2013 awards were scheduled to air live on August 11 on Fox.

Who the heck comes up with these stupid awards? Teen's choice awards? Robert Down Jr. is 50 if not pushing it!

They're actors, it was a movie. And the awards were for the movie not for their personal lives.

Robert Pattinson is hot! - Chloe, st. paul, United States, 23/5/2013 4:35 - Agreed. That's all I kept thinking whilst reading this article ;-)

The reason why they were together in the 1st place is to get the Twilight Movies more publicity they didn't love each other to start with.

Before they HAD to appear together as part of their contracts to promiote the film. and my guess is spending time like that he forgave her a little, but as that passed he went beck to thinking how he really felt about her betrayal. they don't have to be together at these and I'm guessing it will be her showing up there trying to rehabilitate her image.

How on earth did Kristen get nominated for Choice Movie Actress: Sci-Fi/Fantasy???? She's a terrible actress and there's absolutely no difference in her character acting no matter how different the characters she's supposed to portray are!

Ha ha ha ha ha..............sorry but it is a tad humourous!

Useless awards, there are far too many!

How did this get any awards for anything at all, the effects were terrbile, acting wasnt even wooden enough to be called wooden, story was so strung out they had to have an extended credits section picturing eveyone that had been in all of the films, not just the ones you was watching. Awful awful film, the rest of the sreies wasnt much better to be honest. Were they just running out of films they had actually heard of when making these nominations?
