Mel B struggles to contain her ample cleavage in strapless dress as she makes eye-popping appearance in Cannes

She has so far spent much of her time in Cannes sunning herself in a tiny two-piece bikini.

And clearly relishing the chance to wear as little as possible, Mel B opted to wear a seriously eye-catching dress as she attended the annual amfAR Cinema Against AIDS benefit in Cap d'Antibes in Cannes on Thursday evening.

Making sure all eyes were on her the former Spice Girl squeezed herself in to midnight blue gown, but by the looks of it she could have done with a size bigger as her ample chest risked popping out of the top.

In keeping with the glitz and glamour of the French Riviera the 37-year-old opted for chic gown complete with train and intricate detailing.

However while the dress had a modest hemline, the top was far from demure as it barely covered her impressive cleavage.

In fact her display of breast spilling over the top meant the rest of the dress paled in comparison.

Careful: Mel seemed more concerned about tripping on her train than her breasts popping out

She completed her look by wearing bright pink lipstick and with her hair pulled back off her face.

Unconcerned about popping out, Mel seemed more concerned about tripping up as she held her train while leaving the venue.

Holding onto a female friend’s hand she tottered along in a pair of sky high silver heels, while her husband Stephen Belafonte followed behind.

Not even trying to compete with his wife’s sexy dress, Stephen kept it simple in a black suit with black tie.

Earlier in the day the America’s Got Talent judge couldn’t keep her hands of her husband as they frolicked on a yacht.

However as night fell she was clearly more concerned with making a stand out appearance than showering her man with affection again.

No distraction: Despite the fact she was wearing bright pink lipstick, there was no distracting from her chest

Her visit to the film festival came just a few days after she once again addressed issues regarding the Spice Girls on her blog.

She wrote: ‘Press as usual writing BS about Spice Girls. As usual, us girls know what’s gonna happen, so they just need to shut up. Heading to Cannes #Cinemoi and UK to see my Spices, yippeee!’

Mel always looks an uncomfortable mess I'm afraid. Never elegant, graceless. She has no poise and no style however hard she tries.

I don't think she looks too bad tbh... not much of a struggle looks like perfectly acceptable cleavage... Although I've just read the Helen Flanagan Boots/Peta story so my opinion might be a bit warped. Anything looks acceptable compared to that Haha!
