As Disney star Ashley Tisdale headed out for a walk around Toluca Lake with her boyfriend on Thursday, she appeared to have a difficult time letting loose to enjoy the day.

With rocker Christopher French at her side, the 27-year-old actress kept her head down and her eyes tucked beneath sunglasses.

The actress' caution comes after filing court documents against alleged stalker 21-year-old Nicholas Fiore, who was in custody of LAPD as of Wednesday, according to E! News.

The young man claimed to be Ashley's boyfriend, resulting in the starlet's fear for her safety and that of her actual boyfriend's.

Her stalker was ordered to stay 100 yards away from her, and is also forbidden to contact Christopher, 31, who lives with Ashley.

The fan has been causing the actress issues since last year, tweeting her more than 18,000 times since November 2012, TMZ reported.

Ashley stayed extra casual for her outing on Thursday, wearing just a grey tank top, loose navy sweatpants, flip flops and a grey oversized snood around her neck.

Boyfriend Chris had his inked arms on display in a cut-off tank top that had a punk rock Mickey Mouse on the front as he stood protectively by his girlfriend's side.

Though the restraining order against her stalker is only temporary at the moment, a hearing regarding Ashley's original request for Fiore to stay 5,000 yards away from her will be held June 5.
