Rock That Body! Fergie parades her pregnancy shape in two stylish dresses at Vienna ball

She's heavily pregnant, but Fergie proved she still knows how to Rock That Body at a star-studded party on Saturday.

The Black Eyed Peas singer showed off not one - but two - stylish ouftis at the annual Life Ball in Vienna, Austria.

The star-studded European charity event to support people with HIV or AIDS oozed with glamour, and 38-yerar-old Stacy Ferguson easily held her own among the glittering gowns.

Never one for frumpy maternity wear, Fergie swapped her signature micro-mini style for a dramatic high-necked black satin dress that deftly shielded her baby bump and billowed in the back, paired with studded S&M-style leather clutch.

Dark cat's eye make-up and bright red lips completed the vampish look!

Following a quick costume change, Fergie's next fashion choice was much more angelic, however, as she opted for a floor-length white gown with vertical silver details.

She added drama to that look with a white jacket with raised shoulders that was reminiscent of a 70s rock legend!

While she has kept mum about her due date, Fergie is expecting to welcome her first child with husband Josh Duhamel in September or October.

The Las Vegas actor was absent from the festivities but the BEP star found a fun platonic date to take his place as she walked the red carpet with good friend Kelly Osbourne.

Wild child Kelly wore a girlish sparkly gold dress that off-set her lilac hair, making the 28-year-old look like a much younger sidekick to the demure Where Is The Love? singer.

Fergie went on to catch up with a whole of celebrity friends, including Elton John, who she joined on stage with Olympic diving gold medalist Greg Louganis and Life Ball founder Gery Keszler.

The cheeky pop wasn't worried about getting hands-on with former President Bill Clinton, and the pair had a friendly hug on stage as he broke into a huge smile of delight.

Later in the evening, the heavily-pregnant diva delivered a crowd-pleasing performance to pledge her support for the Life Ball, which is organized by the nonprofit organization AIDS LIFE and is considered to be one of the biggest and most spectacular charity events in the world.

Before hitting the red carpet, Fergie tweeted her excited by writing, 'Giving major face & a little bit of shade w/ my crew b4 1st ever VoguingBall @ the LifeBall!'

She also sent out a personal Twitter message to gal pal Kelly Osbourne that read: 'So glad u made it!!! ahhh vienna!!!!!'

The My Humps singer didn't let her bulging baby bump stop her from having a blast at the after show party, where she was not only spotted laughing raucously with Kelly, but also sang for the audience.

Fergie put on an energetic performance while protectively holding her big belly with one hand, as she held the microphone securely in the other.

She even had time for yet another costume change, this time opting for comfort with black trousers and jacket, a white shirt and a fedora style hat.
