His reality show What Would Ryan Lochte Do? shows the swimmer drinking and going on dates with the likes of Carmen Electra.

But Ryan Lochte was back to doing what he does best on Saturday.

The 28-year-old eleven-time Olympic medalist showed off his ripped body in tiny Speedo swimming trunks as he competed in the 50th annual Mel Zajac Jr. International swim meet in Vancouver, Canada.

The swimming champ stood in the exceedingly tiny shorts near the swimming pool at the UBC Aquatic Centre as he prepared for his race.

Ryan wore a swimming cap and goggles that sported mirrored frames while he stood dripping in water.

Perhaps aware of the camera, it appeared he was pulling in his stomach at one point, although that may have merely been the effect of his rippling stomach muscles.

He's still got it: The 28-year-old looked in his element as he dried himself with a towel and later competed indoors

The hunk said earlier this year that filming his six-episode television show was threatening his swimming career, maing it difficult to do the sort of training he needs to be consistent in the pool.

He's supposed be practicing nine times a week, but rarely makes more than four or five sessions.

'I didn't realise they were going to be pulling me in different directions all the time,' Ryan said.

'I'm stronger than I've ever been outside the pool. But in the pool, I haven't been able to train on a consistent basis.'

I thought he was attractive until I watched his interviews...he's an idiot. He needs to do what he does best- swimming- and keep his mouth shut at all times. How can anyone be attracted to someone so achingly dull? I was embarrassed just watching him try to think!
