She's only 15-years-old, but Elle Fanning already has a real sense of her own style.

Showing off her eclectic taste, the sister of Dakota Fanning mixed fun and flirty prints as she headed towards Duff's Cakemix in West Hollywood, California on Saturday.

The Super 8 star donned a blue-and-white striped crop top, teamed with a flowing floral-printed navy mini skirt, and topped with a dangling silver necklace.

Adding some edge to her California chic ensemble, the blonde actress sported a pair of studded brown leather ankle boots on her feet.

The fair-skinned model opted to go make-up free for her casual outing, revealing her clear complexion and natural beauty as her blonde locks flowed straight down past her shoulders.

She appeared to be attending a party, seen pulling two gift-ready Marc by Marc Jacobs shopping bags out of the car, as well as a stuffed Hello Kitty duffel bag.

Fully prepared for the day, Elle also had a jean jacket by her side in case she became chilly, and kept her pink bunny-cased cell phone close by.

She was certainly ecstatic for the day's festivities, giggling as she walked towards the bakery and DIY studio.

Elle has a lot to be proud of at the moment, as she and her 19-year-old sister are now set to design for the high-end fashion label Rodarte, created by sisters Kate and Laura Mulleavy.

Dakota definitely looks out for, and up to, her 14-year-old sister Elle - 'She’s very uninhibited and will try pretty much anything,' the Twilight star said the March edition of Glamour .

'Even the way she dresses — she dresses totally for herself. She risks being made fun of…by me, which I sometimes do, because I’m an older sister! But I totally admire her and think she’s very cool.'

Next year, Elle has Maleficent with Angelina Jolie, the animated adventure film The Boxtrolls, and the sci-fi action film Young Ones with Michael Shannon all due out.

She's also currently filming Low Down alongside Peter Dinklage, a musical biopic based on the A. J. Albany novel.

Pity these paparazzi shots weren't taken by Google Glass. Then we could all talk about how creepy it is to go around destroying a young girl's privacy. But as long as it's a normal camera and a celebrity, who cares?
