Healthy diet with food made of rice and soy.
"Hana temaki(hand-rolled sushi)" is a healthy menu which wraps "rice",
the staple of the Japanese, in soybean sheet with various ingredients.

Rice is a food rich in nutritional value.

A bowl of rice is about 250 kcal of energy. The main nutrients of rice is carbohydrate, and it also contains protein, calcium, iron, magnesium, zinc, vitamin B1, vitamin B2, and dietary fibers. Soy isoflavone

It belongs to a family of polyphenols and is the alternative for the female hormone estrogen. Thus, it helps woman's body to relief its disorder. Also, it stops calcium dissolving from the bones.
