'I'm having a baby!' reveals America's Next Top Model star Lisa D'Amato... but brands pregnancy a 'nightmare'

America's Next Top Model All-Stars winner Lisa D'Amato has revealed she is expecting her first child.

The 31-year-old reality TV star, who married entrepreneur Adam Friedman in September 2012, is five months pregnant.

But it hasn't been smooth sailing for the mother-to-be, who is having a boy.

'My pregnancy has been a complete nightmare, to be honest,' she tells E! News.

'I can't believe women do this on the daily! I haven't been bedridden or anything, but nausea all day everyday and only starchy fatty foods help it subside.'

She continued: 'My nausea has subsided a lot the last couple weeks so I feel a bit more in control, but pregnancy is a b*tch!'

She's been exercising regularly and plans to continue at the gym 'so I don't turn into a Cinnabon and can hopefully be a MILF in a month's time.'

D'Amato competed on the fifth cycle of America's Next Top Model in 2005 before returning for The CW show's All-Stars cycle in 2011.

She tied the knot with Friedman at the Hollywood Castle in the Hollywood Hills last year.

Congratulations! However Allison Harvard should have one the America¿s Next Top Model All-Stars. Lisa is beautiful and very talented, don't get me wrong, but the title should have been awarded to Allison.

Loved her on ANTM - she's a fierce woman who dares to be different without dressing like a homeless person, pulling irritating faces, and having crazy publicity stunts (Cara Delevinge.....). And good on her for not glossing over pregnancy and actually telling it like it is - it IS a nightmare!
