Pretty in pastels! Holly Madison shows off her trim post-baby figure in coral frock to attend Las Vegas show opening

It's hard to believe she only gave birth three months ago.

Holly Madison was looking slim and shapely as she glided into the colourful PRiSM show grand opening in Las Vegas on Friday.

The former Peepshow star was camera friendly in a coral mini-dress that was skintight on top and flared into a circle skirt below the waist.

Holly may have used some camouflaging magic by cinching in her waistline with the help of a wide black belt.

The 33-year-old added a unique pair of black peep-toe high heels and dangling earrings that tied in nicely with the rest of her delicious ensemble.

Holly wore her blonde hair in a curling ponytail with strands escaping at either side of her face.

The new mother gave birth to her first child, a daughter named Rainbow, with fiance Pasquale Rotella on March 5.

Even before the delivery, Holly focused on staying healthy and in good shape.

Once Rainbow was born, The Girls Next Door star stuck to a 1,100-calorie-a-day diet to drop the excess 40 lbs gained during her pregnancy.

She also revealed that she wears a corset and works out at the gym regularly.

Holly stated that she hasn't been immune to the battle of the bulge especially before a red carpet event such as this one.

'How do I hide my leftover preggo belly for the red carpet? Combine all my favourite slimming tips: a high waist, a flared skirt and a wide belt,' Holly has said.

The appealing frock she wore to the PRiSM bash certainly fit that description.

Also at the event was singer-actor Josh Strickland, who enjoyed posing with the former Playboy model, as well as American Idol's Randy Jackson.

Meanwhile across town in Sin City Coco Austin and her husband Ice-T were thoroughly enjoying themselves at Hofbrauhaus' annual beer toasting.

Coco managed to squeeze her hourglass figure in a tiny frock that appeared to be a size or two too small.

The current star of Peepshow was seen taking a generous sip of the tap room's seasonal Dark Wheat brew.

Holly is a lovely woman, so genuinely a loving mum. Coco, as over-the-top as she is, seems to be such a happy, kind-hearted person.

Is it just me or is it perfectly believable she had a baby three months ago? Not saying she looks bad or anything, but she's definitely not at her pre-pregnancy weight/body.

Holly isn't ugly but she's very bland looking. Her face is painted on from the fake eyebrows and the mascara. Not to mention the whole facial plastic surgery she had to get that way. Coco is a man disguised as a woman.
