When it comes to sunbathing, Tamara Ecclestone seems to live by the motto 'the skimpier, the better'.

But the socialiate should have perhaps opted for a more supportive swimwear choice as she hit the beach in Dubai with her fiancé Jay Rutland over the weekend.

Tamara opted for an orange Missoni bikini for the beachside stroll, but the triangle two-piece was perhaps not the best option as the F1 heiress showed off her water ski skills with Jay.

However, Tamara managed to maintain her modesty by wearing a life-jacket over her bikini, which prevented any blush-inducing wardrobe malfunctions as she skied along.

Tamara showed off the water skiing skills she has honed through years of sunshine holidays, looking more than competent as she skidded along the surf.

But Tamara wasn't as skilled in the watersport as Jay, who relished the opportunity to show off as he gripped the handle with just one hand - smiling smugly as he lapped up the attention from his soon-to-be-bride.

Later, Tamara and Jay were seen cuddling up as they were pulled along in an inflatable behind the speedboat, giggling with delight as they picked up speed.

The couple are currently counting down the days until their wedding, expected to take place at the exclusive five-star Grand Hotel Du Cap Ferrat in the south of France on June 10th.

Tamara's billionaire father Bernie is expected to foot the bill for the multi-million pound wedding, which comes two years after he forked out £12million for her younger sister Petra's Italian nuptials to James Stunt.

Tamara and Jay, who announced their engagement in February after a few weeks of dating, have block-booked all 73 rooms of the luxury hotel at a cost of £600,000.

The couple have invited 300 guests to the ceremony, reportedly including Prince Andrew’s ex-wife the Duchess of York, her daughters Princesses Beatrice and Eugenie and American socialite Paris Hilton.

Among the entertainment will be Jennifer Lopez, Lionel Richie and DJ Calvin Harris.

Many wishes on this issue, about lifestyle and money...... OK she's lucky in material things, but the real luck will be to be loved, and I mean honestly and truly loved, for herself as a person as Tamara.
