Following incessant Twitter rants about her desire to get a nose job, Amanda Bynes apparently went through with it... and is looking forward to yet another one in 'three weeks'.

Amanda, 27, told TMZ on Sunday that she went through with the procedure the previous day, adding: 'I have no bandage on. It's healing on it's own like my doctor asked.

'I'm getting one more in 3 weeks, they are short amazing surgeries done while I'm awake but under general anesthesia. It's almost perfect.'

When asked when she would stop hiding from photographers, the troubled ex-star's response was once her nose 'doesn't look so awful in photos'.

She also took to Twitter to say: 'My dad is as ugly as RuPaul! So thankful I look nothing like you both! I had nose surgery after my mug shots so my nose and I are gorgeous!'

The drag queen was not too amused, and fired back with, 'Derogatory slurs are ALWAYS an outward projection of a person's own poisonous self-loathing @AmandaBynes.'

Meanwhile, Amanda has been swearing black and blue that she does not do drugs, but she was nonetheless approached to be the face of a portable vaporizer, according to TMZ.

Though the product is marketed as 'the best way to vape oils, concentrates and aromatherapy regiments', word is it's often used for pot.

The CEO of Grenco Science, Chris Folkerts, asked Amanda this week to be a celebrity spokesperson for their line of G-Pen vaporizers.

Folkerts apparently said in his letter to Amanda: 'We think you'd be a great spokesperson ... we know you will love our vaporizers so much you will never use a water pipe or bowl ever again'

As Amanda's downward spiral continues, 10 days after her drug arrest it has also emerged that Amanda was evicted from her New York City apartment on Tuesday, where police say they saw her throw a marijuana bong outside her 36th-floor window, according to InTouch.

A source told the magazine: 'At 9 p.m. on Tuesday, movers showed up and removed Amanda’s belongings from her apartment.

'Even before her arrest, residents had constant complaints about the smell of marijuana coming from her apartment.

'She had also cursed out residents and the doormen, and the smell of pot from her apartment was really annoying people.'

According to the insider, she 'was notified that she is no longer welcome as a tenant in the building in light of recent events.'

The report follows little over a week after Amanda's May 23 arrest following complaints from neighbours about her alleged drug use.

The star was booked for criminal possession of marijuana, reckless endangerment and felony tampering with physical evidence.

Amanda has denied any wrongdoing and initially vowed to sue police for sexual harassment.

The former actress claimed an NYPD police officer had sexually harassed her in a rambling tweet, that he had 'slapped her vagina.'

Police have dismissed Amanda's claims that she was 'touched inappropriately' during her arrest on drug charges last week.

'Internal Affairs investigators have found no evidence to corroborate Ms. Bynes' allegations,' the NYPD said in a statement.

'To the contrary, a credible civilian witness who was with the officers throughout told investigators that none touched Ms. Bynes inappropriately or otherwise engaged in misconduct at any time.'

Amanda's behaviour has become increasingly erratic since she left California to pursue a fashion career, posting pictures of herself to Twitter, attacking celebrities in a variety of posts, claiming she needs another nose job and wearing a number of different colored wigs.

Her attorney, Richard A Hutton, last week said the former actress seemed 'fine' in every interaction he has ever had with her, even in recent phone conversations since her arrest.

Hutton, who is representing the 27-year-old teen star for a string of motor vehicle incidents since April 2012 of last year, told People magazine he believes the whole case has been 'blown out of proportion.'

Hutton went on to explain: 'The New York case doesn't seem like much of a case, really. I mean, come on.

'Even if you believe everything you hear, it's something that amounts to virtually nothing.

'And it's my understanding there's not much evidence to back that case up.

'There's no physical evidence to back it up. I understand there's no marijuana, no pipe.'

And of his client he said: 'I think Amanda's fine. I have no problems with her whatsoever.

'She's a fine client. Every time I've talked to her, I've had nice, attorney-client normal relations with her.'

Hutton is not Bynes's attorney in the state of New York and is only representing her for a number of different charges she has accumulated since last year.

The next hearing for her DUI case is set for July 18.

The whole Amanda Bynes thing has made me so sad... everyone needs to back off. She obviously has problems, but doesn't see it herself. I really hope things begin looking up for her. And I always loved her nose; I don't see any problem with it... but everyone is always unhappy with themselves.

Any doctor should be sued and thrown in prison for operating on an extremely ill woman who clearly not of sound mind to make such life changing decisions.

I wouldn't be surprised if she's punking everyone. She started off as a young comedienne, the 'role-playing' she's doing now it isn't that much of a stretch from what she did on the Amanda Show.
