She was left with saggy breasts after losing six stone earlier this year.

But now Josie Gibson has got the 'perfect' boobs, after undergoing a breast enhancement operation to take her from a B cup to a DD up.

The 28-year-old star has shown off her transformation in this week's new! magazine, admitting she wishes she had the surgery years ago.

Josie, whose operation was done by surgeon Alex Karidis at London's Hospital Of St John & St Elizabeth, said: 'I feel so sexy. They just make me look a bit more like a woman instead of a Neanderthal.

'I just have to wait a couple more weeks before I can stop wearing the sports bra and then the sexy lingerie will be out!'

The former Big Brother star added that she was unsure about what cup size to go up to, but is now pleased that she opted for the bigger implants.

She said: 'I was umming and ahhing about the size of them. I was going to go to a C, then a D, then a DD, but I think for my height and my frame, a C wouldn’t have made a difference.

'I didn’t want them too big because I still want to train hard. Now they’re not too big and they’re not too little – they’re perfect.'

Josie has now been left with rounded breasts, with only a small scar under each breast and a scar on her left nipple to show for the operation.

And she said that while she was nervous about going under the knife, her friends and family have been more than supportive.

She explained: 'People have been really supportive. I think people understand because I had two flaps of skin and my nipple was all over the place.'

Josie, who recently rekindled her relationship with former fiancé Luke, will now be concentrating on losing the 7lbs she gained during her recovery from the surgery due to not being able to exercise.

As well as heading to Jason Vale's juicing retreat in Portugal, Josie has big plans for her future when it comes to her appearance.

She said: 'I’m going to concentrate on a complete body transformation over the next six months. I want to look like a fitness model and weigh just over 9st.'

She used to be so likeable but she lost all of that when she lost the weight, I think people like the fact that she didn't care about how she looked

I don't see how breast size makes someone "more woman". I have natural 34 F's and no, I'm not more woman than someone with an A cup. This silliness needs to stop. She looked perfectly fine before.

Such an indictment to society that women can earn money from magazines simply for losing weight and then getting boob jobs. How inspiring. Women were not made to be stuffed with silicone, so how is it womanly to get a boob job? I think the before picture looks better anyways.
