Alicia Keys and her in-laws explore Amsterdam as son Egypt gets the best view of all... from his grandfather's shoulders

The entire family is taking in the wonders of the luscious European city.

As Alicia Keys continued to get to know the city of Amsterdam along with her in-laws and son, little Egypt was treated to an extra-special view - all the way up on grandfather's shoulders.

The three generations explored a local flower market on Friday, full of smiles, as Alicia was surely excited to see her little boy - who she has with rapper husband Swizz Beatz – make new discoveries.

Alicia wore a casual white and silver T-shirt with her hair pulled back, covering her eyes with a cute pair of yellow sunglasses.

The singer's in-laws - mother and stepfather of Swizz - kept it casual and comfortable to make the most of their wander around the large capital of the Netherlands, carrying cameras, big smiles and covering up from the sun.

Little Egypt was adorable in an orange T-shirt, steering his grandfather's head like a steering wheel and loving every minute.

Speaking about her beloved toddler in the latest issue of Britain’s Marie Claire she said, '[He] never gets grouchy or grumpy. He has a great disposition.'

The American family are in Europe where Alicia is performing a series of concerts.

She tweeted: ‘Show in Cologne and TV Total was amazing last night! Check out my performance for Stefan Raab.’

It seems Alicia is to also take part in an unexpected musical performance and excitedly shared the news with her followers.

‘Woooow!!! #BarbaraStreisand just said she wanted 2 do a Duet w ME @ her show 2night!! u know how much I respect & love her! #kidnacandystore.’

Alicia’s next three gigs are sold out with her playing the city’s Ziggodome on Friday, Sportpaleis in Antwerp, Belgium on Saturday and Hamburg, Germany on Monday.

I don't think Alicia had a nose job but if she did, it's alright and it's her business. She looks much happier here with her relatives and Egypt just couldn't be any cuter.

Alicia is so beautiful and that little boy is gorgeous, but I'd say he is a handful. Lol I think two is the most wonderful age to enjoy your children.

Alicia Keys is one of the few celebrities that seem to manage to balance family life with being a star. She is also not wild or showy like the others but seems kinda humble and not a big DIVA

So what if her mother is white? These are her in-laws. It says so in the article if only people would read.They even spelt it out for those who may still not be sure which in-laws they are referencing. "The singer's in-laws - mother and stepfather of Swizz ", "Alicia's mother-in-law " etc...it doesn't get any clearer than that, geez!

I like Alicia Keys. She seems genuine and appears to have a pleasant disposition. She desn't seem showy and attention seeking like some others I won't mention and her charitable work is very admirable. I don't think she has the best or strongest voice out there but she tries and she seems happy with what she does.

Alicia's little guy is a doll face. To the person who mentioned Alicia's nose job...most celebrities have had it done. Pretty amazing when you check who's had one.

Swiss Beatz is not a "rapper" . He is a talented music producer who has worked with many big names in the RnB and Hip Hop world. Not every black man in the music industry is a " rapper".
