Delighted Kim Kardashian gets big box of Krispy Kremes delivered to her doorstop (well, she is eating for two)

In the early stages of her pregnancy, Kim Kardashian revealed she was 'craving carrots' and had lost interest in sugary foods.

But as the birth nears, it seems she's rediscovered her sweet tooth.

The 32-year-old reality TV star, who is expecting a baby girl with Kanye West, was delighted to take delivery of a big box of Krispy Kremes on Thursday night.

Her pal Brittny Gastineau turned up on her doorstep with the treat and Kim later shared the moment in a Keek video.

'This is what besties do!' she tweeted along with the video. 'Best friend in the entire world.'

Kim had spent the day running errands in Beverly Hills - with Brittny in tow  - while wearing an oversized white shirt and glittering necklace on Thursday.

She had earlier unleashed a rather perplexing Twitter rant about the paparazzi and wanting to have a break from the spotlight.

'I get I live a public life,' she wrote. 'I live my life on a reality show for the world to see. I love my life, but when the cameras stop, that doesn't mean I don't want a break too. 

'I'm 32 yrs old now, about to be a mom. I'm not 25 clubbing around LA anymore.'

Just hours after her plea for privacy, Kim was back on Twitter posting selfies and sharing video taken inside her home.

Kim's complaints about being followed by photographers comes as something of a surprise, given how aggressively her family court media attention. (She also regularly posts paparazzi pictures on her blog).

In fact Nick Lachey, who briefly dated Kim in 2006, recently hinted that it was she who alerted a photographer to follow them on a movie date so she could get famous.

He told the the May issue of Details.'Let's just say this: We went to a movie. No one followed us there. Somehow, mysteriously, when we left, there were 30 photographers waiting outside.'

I don't know why the DM insists on calling her twitter rant perplexing. What is confusing you exactly? A paparazzo almost ran her off the road and she was complaining about the dangerous lengths they would go to in order to get a shot. Just because DM LOVES using these aggressive photographers doesn't make anyone who complains about them crazy.

Yeah, give baby diabetes like this. Eat some avocados and other foods that actually help the baby develop. - bruno, malaga, Spain, ___________________ Do you think any member of this family cares about this baby beyond how much money they can make off it?
