*Scene.org Awards discontinued04 Feb 2013
The Scene.org Awards project has found its conclusion at Assembly in 2012 and is not continued any further. The past ten years have been an amazing time for the Demoscene, and we sincerely hope that the Scene.org Awards have done their part in recognizing and honoring the unparalleled talent that we have in the community. A big thank you to everyone who's been part of this - keep on demoing!

The Scene.org Awards website will stay online and serve as an archive of the best demo releases from 2002-2011.

*SIGGRAPH 2011 Real-Time Live!12 Jan 2011
SIGGRAPH 2011 has announced their Real-Time Live! will be repeated this year. The feature made it's debut in 2009 and has proven to be a popular part of the SIGGRAPH conference.

To the event, they are seeking cutting-edge examples of real-time graphics and simulations, including real-time art projects and hereunder: demo scene productions. As long as the submission is interactively controlled, rendered in real time, and repeatable for a live audience, it will be considered. Accepted work will be demonstrated live on a PC or game console.

We encourage everyone who are interested to submit their projects, as acceptance into the program can result in good exposure for the demo scene.
