She has reportedly been torn between rekindling her marriage to Arnold Schwarzenegger and going through with their divorce.

But Maria Shriver looked like she didn’t have a care in the world as she holidayed with her children in the south of France.

The 57-year-old was seen leaping from a cliff-face into the sea while on holiday with her three children from her marriage to Arnie, Christina, 21, Patrick,19, and Christopher, 15.

The American author leaped rather elegantly, holding one arm above her head and extending her legs in the air.

She appeared to get ready to pinch her nose and looked like she was flinching in apprehension of the cold.

After the swim, she slipped on a white Kaftan which featured bell-shaped sleeves and red cross-patterned embroidery.

The group also jumped into a motorised dinghy to explore the coastline and top-up their tans.

Patrick, 19, also spent some time with an attractive female friend whilst Maria bumped into Bruce Springsteen in their hotel's restaurant.

Maria separated from her husband Arnold Schwarzenegger in May 2011 after 25 years of marriage.

But recently the couple seem to have been rekindling their romance, with Schwarzenegger cheekily placing a hand close to the author’s derriere at their daughter Christina's graduation last month.

According to the website TMZ, the couple have put proceedings for an official split on hold.

The NBC broadcaster does not seem in a hurry to cut all ties with the former Californian governor.

She has recently bought a new $10 million house located only three miles away from her former home with Schwarzenegger in Brentwood, California.

london london united kingdom i think you are talking about patrick and not christopher.Patrick looks nothing like jfk or bobby or his father. He looks like his grandfather, Sarge shriver(A great man of morals + principles) A man who honoured and respected his wife. Let,s hope he turns out like him as well.
