'Surgery is a complete miracle!' Troubled actress Amanda Bynes reveals she is set to go under the knife once more

Amanda Bynes has revealed on Twitter that she is getting more plastic surgery on her nose.

The troubled 27-year-old actress told her 2.2 million followers on Wednesday evening that she has scheduled more surgery at the weekend.

She wrote: 'Need a few more surgeries to shave the bridge down to correct the rest of my nose so I can start the next chapter of my career! Music!'

Bynes called her doctors 'heroes' for helping kids with cleft lips which she claimed was as traumatic as having webbing between the eyes.

The former child star previously claimed she went under the knife to remove 'webbed' skin that was growing between her nose and her eyes.

The Easy A star was full of self praise during her latest Tweets as she gears-up for more surgery despite the fact that her behavior continues to appear extremely erratic.

She explains: 'I consider myself to be a hero to have suffered 27 years with a birth defect and to just now have it surgically removed!

'I was just embarrassed to share the fact that I had a birth defect. As soon as I had it removed I couldn't wait to talk about it!'

As fears continue to grow about her mental health the troubled actress seems to take comfort from changing her appearance.

In her latest Tweets she has become an advocate for plastic surgery and sees herself as educating other people about it.

She reveals:'I wanted to share my story with you to prove that I'm not crazy, I was just embarrassed. Surgery is a complete miracle for me.

'Can hold you back from living out your dreams. There's a surgery for everything that's wrong with you!'

In them she appeared to admit her increasingly strange behavior was nothing more than a childish ploy to increase her fame and gain more Twitter followers in advance of a movie role.

Perhaps while the surgeon is at it, he can sew her mouth up and chop off her fingers so we get no more verbal and written vile attacks on other people.

Shes going to end up like Michael Jackson..no nose left. This is a mental illness. You dont need a perfect nose to be a musician..look at Barbara Streisand..lady Gaga..even Madaonna..not perfect button nosed. Her nose was already tiny from what I could see. She needs to change her attitude, not nose. I used to think this girl was really cool and cute. SAD.

It's not the surgery she's after, it's the pain relief. You can only go to a doctor so often to get drugs. This is the next option.
