She is known as an incredibly talented musician, songwriter and performer.

However, on Friday, Alicia Keys continued to prove that is also quite the showgirl as she performed at the Sporting Club Salle des Etoiles in Monaco.

The singer is currently performing in Europe for her Set The World On Fire tour, as judging by these pictures she's enjoying her new new sexy style immensely.

Killer curves: Alicia Keys performs at the Sporting Club Salle des Etoiles, in Monaco

Alicia donned an eye-catching blue sequined leotard that has been causing quite a stir on her tour so far.

She teamed the risque top with a pair of very tight-fitting trousers, finished off with a stylish black hat.

It was a rather sexy choice for the Girl On Fire singer, which usually wears more refined and covered ensembles.

New direction? Alicia Keys is usually seen in more refined costumes on stage

But the gorgeous singer still looked absolutely classy as she sang some of her hits out on stage.

It could be seen as a new direction for the singer, who recently released a new music video for her song Tears Always Win.

In the video, the 33-year-old plays a glamorous Las Vegas showgirl, wearing a jewel-encrusted headdress and corseted top.

Talent: Alicia Keys is an established songwriter for other artists as well as a performer herself

The singer sings about yearning for her lost love in the music video, which shows Alicia holding down two jobs as a showgirl and a nightclub singer.

The music video opens with Alicia wearing a simple grey vest as she stares out a window while belting out the ballad, co-written with Bruno Mars.

'These covers, they keep me warm at night. But they can't take your place 'cause they're never going to hold me tight,' she croons.

The tour promotes her album Girl on Fire, Alicia’s fifth album, which was released in November last year and debuted at number fifteen in the UK album charts.

In addition to her busy music career, Alicia is a mother to two-year-old son Egypt, her child with rapper husband Swizz Beatz.

And although she was showcasing a killer body while on stage on Tuesday night, she previously admitted losing her baby weight was by no means a walk in the park.

She said: 'Some people are just like, "I just eat steak and potatoes and bread and I’m fine", and I’m not that person. I have to really bust my ass. [It was] a lot of very difficult, hard, painful work.'

Just go be a model somewhere and just shut up. You can't sing, you can't talk, IF you have a voice you're using it.

She's so talented - why wear trashy clothes?! She's leagues ahead of Rihanna, Cheryl Cole etc who need to strip down to stay significant

All them curves in all the right places. Her husband is a very lucky man. She seems to have worked hard to get the shape she has so she should enjoy all the attention.
