Shia LaBeouf dresses down for sunshine stroll with girlfriend Mia Goth who turns up the heat in bright pink hotpants

They struck up a relationship when they met on a film set last year.

And it seems that the romance between Shia Labeouf and Mia Goth is going from strength to strength, as the couple enjoyed a sunshine stroll together in LA on Friday.

Despite their hectic schedules the stars spent a relaxed day together, standing out thanks to the actress' dressed down but racy attire.

The 19-year-old, who met Shia while they were filming Nymphomaniac last year, matched a tight black T-shirt with a pair of neon pink hotpants.

She wore her long dark hair scraped back into a ponytail and covered her make-up free face with a pair of dark sunglasses.

Her 27-year-old other half was dressed down as well, blending in a little more than his girlfriend in a white T-shirt and black shorts.

The star, who is regularly spotted heading to a boxing gym, showed that all of his hard work was paying off, his muscles visible beneath his T-shirt.

He wore a similar pair of sunglasses to his other half but took them off as he headed into Gelson's Market a little later on in the day to pick up some groceries.

The controversial Lars Von Trier film, that the couple star in, is expected to be released later this year, featuring unstimulated sex scenes.

Talking about the film last August, Shia said: 'The movie is what you think it is. It is Lars von Trier, making a movie about what he's making.

'For instance, there's a disclaimer at the top of the script that basically says we're doing it for real. Everything that is illegal, we'll shoot in blurred images. Other than that, everything is happening.'

The movie tells the story of Joe, played by Charlotte Gainsbourg, who is a self-diagnosed nymphomaniac, and it recounts the story of her life from birth to the age of 50.
