As the mother of a nine-month-old boy, she likely has little time for herself.

And yet Reese Witherspoon looked perfectly groomed on Friday.

The 37-year-old looked the height of sophistication in white trousers, a pink blouse, and heels as she made her way to a meeting in West Hollywood, California.

The Legally Blonde star - who has been working out hard at the gym lately - showed off her trim figure in the outfit as she made her way through the parking lot.

Reese carried a large cream leather handbag and accessorised with a chunky gold necklace and cuff bracelet.

She wore her blonde hairin a low ponytail and shielded her eyes with black sunglasses.

Having recently come off a whirlwind promotional tour of Mud with Matthew McConaughey, Reese has two upcoming films, Devil's Knot and The Good Lie, and has just signed on to star alongside Sofia Vergara in Don't Mess With Texas.

The busy work schedule leaves little time or energy for family anymore, and the Southern belle has admitted that having another child - Tennessee with husband Jim Toth -  has been exhausting.

'Ever since I had the baby, I can't remember anything. Serious, this child stole my brain,' she told Red magazine in the UK in an interview before her recent DUI arrest.

'I'm losing friendships over forgetting to get back to people.'

'But you can't keep up with everything. I've got a 13-year-old, a nine-year-old and a baby,' she said referring to her two older children with ex-husband Ryan Phillippe.

'It's like CNN ticker tape running through my mind at all times, "Where is Ava? She's okay. Good.

'Where is Deacon? He's okay. Good. Where is Tennessee? Is he okay? Yes. Great. Back to Ava..." It doesn't stop.'
