But considering they sold it for a cool $6.7 million it's fair to assume that Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh can still afford a room within which to get passionate.
However, it didn't stop the age gap pair - he's 58 to her 33 - from putting on a water soaked PDA at a Beverly Hills hotel on Thursday.

The pair - like other Angelenos - were trying to cool down amidst the California heatwave.
Kelsey and Kayte are the proud parents of eleven-month-old Faith.
Grammer was recently forced to sell the family's new Beverly Hills home after a year when the Starz series was cancelled.
He has made a $200,000 profit on the sale of the mansion he bought in Beverly Hills just last year.

Grammer is currently set to play a role in Michael Bay's fourth installment of Transformers, which will also star Mark Wahlberg rather than Shia LaBeouf.
