Single and ready to mingle: Formula 1 racer Lewis Hamilton parties at the Playboy mansion following his split from Nicole Scherzinger

It does not look like like Lewis Hamilton is pining for his ex-girlfriend Nicole Scherzinger.

The 28-year-old Formula 1 ace - who recently split with the sultry pop singer - was spotted partying with other women at the Playboy mansion in Los Angeles on Monday.

Lewis mingled with the likes of Bai Ling, Angela Zatopek and Kim Glass, at the 8th annual BTE All Star Celebrity Kick Of Party at the mansion.

Lewis swapped his racing overalls for a cool black leather jacket, matching dark T-shirt, grey jeans and black sneakers as he hit the red carpet along with several other celebrities and athletes.

Despite his recent split from Nicole, 34, he appeared to be in good spirits at the event which was also attended by 41-year-old wild man rapper Snoop Dogg.

Lewis and Nicole had been dating since 2007 but their hectic schedules eventually took their toll with the pop star said to be 'devastated' about the split.

The high profile couple were last photographed together at the Canadian Grand Prix in Montreal on June 10 and there were rumors that Lewis was going to propose to the X-Factor host just before their split was announced.

Nicole was spotted going solo to Wimbledon before she attended the recent X Factor auditions in Cardiff.

Meanwhile, 5500 miles away, Lewis is getting used to the single life again with the event at the Playboy mansion.

Also joining Hamilton at the bash was Chinese actress Bai Ling, 46, who wore a yellow and black dress with a rainbow bra and matching heels.

NFL football player Bryan Baman, 26, walked the red carpet in a California T-Shirt with rolled-up grey jeans and white converse shoes, while Snoop Dogg turned on the style in a leather jacket, blue trousers and a light blue sweater.

American volleyball star Kim Glass, 28, turned heads in a red long sleeved mini dress with matching nude peep-toe heels and a clutch.

Ready For Love competitor Angela Zatopek, 25, meanwhile showed off her figure in a low cut pink dress and tan wedges.

Comedian and actress Tia Barr, 25, was also there wearing a revealing animal print dress with black wedges when she hit the red carpet.

here in the US, he would be harrassed and indeed not be able to wear that neckwear because it would be slammed by the PC police as promoting a certain type of religion. havent seen a word about this in the UK press. just goes to show how outrageous things are here in the US.

F1 hero, multi million salary, and he can virtually choose any tottie he likes, so I doubt he is in too bad a state. I am officially volunteering to be his wing man.

Hectic lifestyles drew them apart - utter rubbish! If you loved each other as much as you say, you make sacrifices to be with each other. Surely Nicole could give up singing and live on his wages, or the other way round. There's obviously more to it than just working arrangements because that is easily fixable.

Just like any other sports english love to overrate their own, When they are blinded in such a simple sports as football, there is no hope they will find the truth in such a technical sports like F1.The only thing he's adding to his legacy is a reputation for being a bit of a whinger, Skys own Martin Brundle said it best when he said "The trouble with Lewis is its always someone elses fault" And as Ron Dennis said, "When you've lost sight of what you are doing, you've lost sight of what it takes to be a world champion."

Hamilton should focus in driving then living a royal life (life of a king),Think Hamilton is deluded, 07/ 08 he arguably had the best car (certaintly most reliable) end of 09 it was fast, 10 was fast at times, 11 the same very competative and 2012 last year you could argue Mclaren had the best car but the team and had some reliability issues. Apart from 2012 Hamilton has always been in race winning equipment. Think Hamilton is deluded, 07/ 08 he arguably had the best car (certaintly most reliable) end of 09 it was fast, 10 was fast at times, 11 the same very competative and 2012 last year you could argue Mclaren had the best car but the team and had some reliability issues. Apart from 2012 Hamilton has always been in race winning equipment.. what about when Vettel skipped past Hamilton in a Torro Rosso at Brazil in 2008 almost denying him his one and only championship? Hamilton was lucky to start at the top and should stop acting like he's had a difficult f1 career. a petty comments

Why do these celebs wear chaplet? Chaplet is not meant to worn around the neck like a piece of jewellery - ask devoted Catholics and they will tell you its true. It is actually meant to be used a counting bead when saying the rosary. There must be a reason why the celebs wear it, can someone help me with this please?
