Looking just as happy as the moment they said 'I do,' newlyweds Jesse Tyler Ferguson and Justin Mikita appeared to already be in honeymoon mode as they cheerfully stepped out for breakfast in New York City on Sunday morning.
Just hours before the 37-year-old actor and his lawyer boyfriend were joined in matrimony in a private ceremony at 82 Mercer Space in the heart of SoHo in Manhattan, New York.
The pair were laughing a storm as they strolled the city streets, Justin clasping his cell phone in his hand, surely inundated by the well wishes from friends and family.

After the private ceremony Jesse shared his jubilation on Twitter: 'Never been happier. XO Goodnight!'

His 27-year-old partner kept his
message simple and sweet, sharing what must surely be his favourite word
at the moment: 'Husband.'
The final word was posted by their
foundation Tie The Knot: 'Well, it's official. Congratulations to our
very own @jessetyler and @JustinMikita. JUST MARRIED!'
Us Weekly reported that the
37-year-old Modern Family star and his 27-year-old beau made it official
in front of over 200 guests, including co-stars Julie Bowen, Ty Burrell
and Eric Stonestreet.
Eric, who plays Jesse's on-creen
better half Cameron Tucker, shared a coy yet oddly specific message for
the couple on Sunday morning.
The funnyman tweeted:
'Congratulations @jessetyler and @JustinMikita on ur nuptials! As my
gift to u, I'm going on your honeymoon with u. Just the 3 of us:) k?'
Julie Bowen also jumped on the bandwagon to congratulate the couple.
'It's official. @jessetyler and @JustinMikita are Mr and Mr! #bestweddingever,' she shared.

Fellow Modern Family star Sofia
Vergara was unable to attend as she was travelling in Mikonos, Grece,
but sent her love from afar.
'Thinking

on Twitter, attaching a photo of the smitten couple.
Other close friends included Jerry O'Connell, Zachary Quinto, Isaac Mizrahi, Nigel Barker and Mary Murphy.

The glamorous event had a distinctly vintage theme organized by wedding planner Bryan Rafanelli.
Actress Rebecca Romijn shared her excitement early Saturday, tweeting at Justin before the event.
'@JustinMikita got my heels ready!!! Not even bring back up flats!!! Xxox,' she shared.
Top Chef host Padma Lakshmi also got in on the chatter: 'What a happy day! @jessetyler @JustinMikita @TieTheKnotOrg I [love] you both!!'
Smitten: The pair have been dating since 2011
The couple -- who are both residents of Los Angeles -- chose their Big Apple location in March, three months before Proposition 8 was struck down by the Supreme Court and same-sex marriage legalized in California.
'We wanted to get married in New York because that's where it's legal,' Jesse told Us Weekly at the time.
'We want to support the state that's in support of us.'

The pair co-founded TieTheKnot.org, a foundation promoting LBGT rights -- with a side link on the website selling fashionable bow ties with the funds going towards charity.
Jesse announced their engagement last September with a video posted on the website.
'We want our interpersonal relationship to be acknowledged in a union formalized via a wedding ceremony,' Jesse said in the video.

They met and became a couple in January 2011 and have been inseparable ever since.
Jesse is currently on summer break ahead of shooting the fifth season of ABC's Modern Family, which co-stars Sofia Vergara, Ed O'Neill and Eric Stonestreet.
