Yeehaw! Giuliana Rancic and husband Bill celebrate their son Duke's first birthday with a cowboy themed party

There's one extremely cute new cowboy in town.

To mark her son Duke's first birthday, Giuliana Rancic and her husband Bill threw him a Western inspired party in Agoura, California on Saturday.

The Fashion Police host donned a straw hat, a denim vest and some short shorts for the occasion, while the birthday boy looked adorable in dungarees and a plaid shirt.

Little Duke doesn't officially turn one until August 29 but his famous parents wanted to hold a party ahead of time for their little boy.

Doting father Bill, 42, got in on the act by giving Duke a big kiss as they posed alongside a horse at Triunfo Creek Vineyards, which they turned into a little ranch for the day.

Duke's birthday celebrations were documented by In Touch magazine and the ecstatic toddler munched down on his first ever birthday cake which was designed to be 'Duke's Ranch'.

His Western themed party included a petting zoo, mechanical bull and a Crayola coloring station too.

And although the extravaganza may seem a lot for such a small child, his famous mother believes that he's worth it.

'We struggled so long to have Duke,' she revealed to the magazine. 'We want to make sure he would look back on this in awe.'

By the time he turns two little Duke might have a new brother or sister because his parents are planning for another child.

Giuliana recently said that she would love to have a daughter so she can play dress-up with her.

'I’d love a little girl. As a woman, you dream of having a little girl so you can wear the same outfits,' said the TV star.

'It’s like having a doll - but it’s a real person.'

Giuliana and Bill had Duke via gestational carrier and the E! News co-anchor - who underwent a double mastectomy after being diagnosed with breast cancer in 2011 - would love if they could have a sister for him.

She revealed: 'We’re open to surrogacy again - and I have embryos ready on ice!'

I really admired and liked Giuliana in her show a couple of years ago but now I cannot stand her. TOO much acting and there is nothing left of that natural way she had. The way she's acting on fashion police is just awful, just the way she claps her hands makes me shiver. Yes I know, you all say don't watch the show then but sometimes it just comes past when I'm looking for something to watch and then I watch for a moment but get sick looking at it and switch off. Yuk.

Still just playing at being a mother. She really hasn't got a clue and looks so awkward with him. When they were shown on E News, Bill was (as usual) holding Duke and she put her hand out to Duke who snatched his away. Says it all really - he doesn't recognise her as his mother. And she wants another? She's creating a 'family' because it's what Bill wants not her.

"Love to have a daughter ...you can wear the same outfits...like a living doll to dress up...." apparently according to this airhead this is every woman's dream. Well no, you vacuous creature. We're not all quite at your level of utter shallowness. My daughter is clever, funny, feisty ,warm hearted, original and creative...they are the things I love about her...her beauty is just icing on the cake and she would be appalled to be dressed up or thought of as a doll!
