Jason is the Managing Partner of Forté Management (financial business management) and the Founder and Managing Partner of Forté Capital Advisors (private equity operation). Throughout his 18 year career he has advised on various mergers, acquisitions and divestitures with an aggregate transaction value greater than $1 billion. Jason's experience include: operational finance management, transaction advisory, asset management, estate and retirement planning, venture capital and private placements.

At Forté Management Jason has spent the past 12 years catering to the entertainment and fashion industries advising clients on all financial business matters. His clients include: actors, photographers, models, designers, writers, stylists, post-production houses, agencies, public relations firms, entrepreneurs, and other high net worth individuals. Prior to Forté, Jason started his career in business management co-managing a large family office that had multiple investment platforms spread across several industries and various countries.

Since forming Forté Capital over 6 years ago, Jason has led a multitude of investments in private companies. Most recently, he led the buyout of Xe Services (formerly known as Blackwater) a private security firm now called ACADEMI. In each investment Forté Capital takes an active and often controlling position within their investments.

Jason began his career with Arthur Andersen Corporate Finance Group and later joined Deloitte's Corporate Finance Group. Jason received a Bachelor of Business Administration, with a concentration in finance and accounting, from the University of Michigan.

Jason currently serves as a Director on the following Boards: ACADEMI Holdings, LLC; Box Services, LLC; The Wall Group, Inc.; and Serge Normant Professional.
