Lance Beaumont arrived at NCU in 2012. His primary teaching schedule includes courses in the music program. Lance has been teaching in higher education for 9 years and has started guitar programs at Dallas Baptist University, Lamar University, and Howard Payne University.

Lance is a frequent presenter at national and international music education conferences and symposia. He is the author of the best-selling The Capo Chord Book, published by Mel Bay Publications.

Lance Beaumont’s experience as a professional musician and worship leader have taken him around the United States, where he has led worship and performed in youth camp and church events as well as being a featured soloist.
